which stat should a blm increase? or should a blm increase both equally?

Int is the factor that is most influential on a black mage. Int judges the power of your spells and the chance that the spells will land on higher monsters. Mind is the stat that is the Int equivalent to White mages. So, mind is not really needed until you are thinking about a whm subjob.
