I'm wondering where or how to get this spell exactly? Not too willing to shell 30k at Auction for it, and was wondering if it's dropped randomly or by some specific mob, or if it's a quest like Blaze Spike is?

I dont have 100% of the info but from what i gather the spell is found on the ship from mahu to selb. If you catch the boat a night sometimes a named ghost typed mob will spawn that drops the spell. I dont know the level of the mob or the excat name sorry. If i get more info i will pass it on
