I haven't been able to do much testing on this but I'm wondering
If 2 use same tier nuke on the same exact mob and do the same exact DMG. One person can reach the their DMG off more INT gear and little MAB gear. Other person manage to reach their DMG with more MAB gear and little INT gear.
If you move to a mob that has innate magical damage reduction would one person show higher damage or would damage with each person still be the same. Same goes with a mob that takes extra damage from magic.
I am wondering about this so I can see if at times I need to adjust my nuking gear depending on how magic affects a mob if I need to change at all if the mob doesn't resist my spells but either takes more or less damage to magic. Since I tend to use V. mufflers and Cobra cloches over my Yigit hands and RSE2 feet(mithra) I also plan to get yigit gomlek at somepoint as well.

in my experience, any mob with magic reduction you'd want a lil more int in there as opposed to the mab (more of a resistance issue, you just seem to be talking about it in a different way)
a good way to test this would be go to all the old exp camps from lvl 1 to 75 then have 2 blms test out mixes of mab and int so we could figure out at what point int is > mab it seems to me (depending on the tier nuke this will change) (using tier IV as ex) mab will outshine earlier lvls and int will shine on later lvls (here we get into resistance issues). I believe that at nearly every lvl there will be a point at which multiple gear swaps etc could reach the same dmg #s.
mix and match and see what works best for you is all i can say.
