CoP 6-4 One to be Feared: 1/1

We beat it on what was supposed to be our second dry run with minimal meds and we were doing so well we just decided to blow our CCB Polymers on Ultima. Setup was pld rdm thf whm blm rng.

Congrats to Ebon Askavi for completing that battle with nearly nothing except skill. Nessus, Fnord, Qai, Stil, and Zar you are all amazing.

On the rdm end it was my first practical application of rdm/blu.

Worked wonders tanking the Mammets, they were like the buzzing of flies with cocoon and taco. Vorpal Blade kicked ass, and healing breeze wasn't too bad either for weapons. Head Butt did nothing on the weapons lol.

Also I was able to land Demon Arrows on the mammets with basic ranged acc gear and woodsmans. I didnt try it on the weapons but I doubt if it would work.

Jelly Ring: O

Mostly because I was bored, I went and camped Sewer Syrup last night and tonight. He was being killed when I arrived last night and didn't pop again until just after I had left and logged for the night, but I got him tonight, hehe.

Fun and easy fight to solo-he barely touched me at all the entire time. I think I got a few parrying skill ups during the fight too lol.

Killed Maat on my 3rd try and finished CoP 3-5 (^^)/

Finally got every item I ever wanted when I first started reading about the game, plus a few other ones from when I started to play.

Now I really need to start working on those items that are rare/ex and my gil can not purchase.

Gration isn't that bad really, just annoying as hell. As for tenzen, zerging is fun, but also make sure the group you're with is good for it, otherwise you might want to change your strats lol.

Level down to 66, but then I solo'd my first Lesser Colibri and got my level back XD

Well its ben a while since I last played but back when I did best I ever did was soloed Bloodtear down to about 25% befor I took a dirt nap. Some may not call it much but its the first and only hnm(well not realy more of a mid lvl nm but any ways) I have ever tryed to solo. Did it at lvl 62 with my killer lvl 12 nin sub :P

Was farmin ram skins as /rng for wide scan and seen him up so I was like wth worth a try.........dead very fast. Hped changed to /nin and grabed an off hand sword and got a tell back. He was still up unclaimed so I grabed him agin and went to work on him. Was going good for a while got through my first vert alright(was trau btw) and he was missin a far amount if I kept him blinded. Mighty strikes was kinda hurtin but his acc was kinda suckin so I was getin by.

By time I had him getin down around 50% I had a fare group of ppl standin around watchin(most proly just there to see me die lol) around 25% only 2 ppls where left one lower lvl and a 75bst. Was recastin shadows and he broke my SS and I got interupted MS was up and a dbl att later and I was face down. The beast stood up poped a CC got claim and sat back down >.<

Of corse this bein my first my heart was racein and I was all tence and sht I mean hell it was almost as good as the first time I had sex :p It wasnt a real sucsess but in my book the exp. alone was worth as much or more than the vik sheild.

Finished my RDM AF.

Got my Warlock's Tabard +1 + finally pushed mp beyond 1k without food. (^^)

After months of on-and-off camping, and a duo attempt with another RDM that got down only to 80%, finally got my Joyeuse (thanks everyone in Seppuku who helped out ^^). It got particularly nasty at 15% and took out the NIN THF and WHM, so I jumped up and ended up bind-kiting until they Reraised and unweakened. Got called a mini-Avesta, which made me lawl hard, but flattering nonetheless ;p

God that sword is sweet, been using it every chance I get ^^

Modly Earring finnaly after going 1/45 on the drop.

Got some payback against Sea Horror tonight >.<

Fight didn't take as long as I was expecting- I was done making calamari before the trip was 75% done or so it seemed- I didn't really time it, but I had time to get some fishing in before the boat docked in Selbina.

Got NIN to 37 and my Joyeuse!! ^_^
thanks to my ls leader Darkhunter who stayed as long as I did till chary popped.. basically all day ><

We tried to duo it at first, he ended up dying and i had to kite the thing while I raised him and he rested to full, was pretty cool.. then a brd, a whm an a smn came to help so.. too weak.
My eyes hurt from looking at the devil mantas all day but it's definately worth it XD

on my 3rd Dynamis run ever, 1st Dynamis-Jeuno, won with a 450 lot. Talk about luck heh...
(sorry Eon and Legless.. seems like the most common piece anyway, it'll drop again. Right?)

Me (rdm/nin) and my whm/blm friend Pittle only camped it for 4 hours before he popped. an hour before he popped, we were competing with 18 other ppl. when he popped, it was down to 4! Dia claim FTW! meh~ we got him to about 85% from DoT+Kiting, before our LS spams made a Chemu(god bless him) a nin show up, and he slaughtered it.

Volunteer's Brais...although I will stop using them once I get Pahluwan Seraweels.

But the really big one is I beat The Celestial Nexus, which means I'm finally done with Rise of the Zilart (if you don't count Apocalypse Nigh) so that's one less thing I have to angst over whenever I decide to quit...although would you call it a RDM accomplishment? I did it on BST since we already had a RDM, but I did all of RotZ as RDM up until now...oh whatever. It's an accomplishment.

Grats to everyone here ^^ Esp on the full af2 and the suzaku tanking.

Yeah once I get enough IS for those brais I am getting me a pair.

Anyway my recent accomplishment:

Optical Hat : O

Now all I need is dusk gloves to make my rdm melee machine complete!

And justice sword... and... well I could make a few improvements but thats another post.

Finally made lvl 50 and finished G1 and the rank 4 mission the same night. I can finally lvl again, and I have an airship pass now =)

Also managed to pick up my dark staff that night and get my fencing degen. How I love knowing I got my first af related piece ^^

Beat Maat on my fifth try. :D Only been 70 since May, lol.

If you're still 69 you can try lvling up during the fight.. even during chainspell to nuke the sh*t out of him.
But every time i try to talk about that ppl just seem to {Run away!} not even argue.. idk
Anyway Sleep/Nuking Maat sucks

Went on Darksday 2 times, lost both.
Went on Windsday 4 times, lost em' all.

Guess I'll try Darksday again.. but Sleep (I and II) seem a bit shaky for me, they kept on getting resisted at the worst of times >_>;

Anyway, i'll try one more darksday (sleep > nuke) and then windsday chainspell from the start. Oh, 0/6 now.

Just totally destroyed Maat!! Finally! 1/9! :3 Sure.. it was an 80k Maat fight.. but hey, it's over!

Now, I can level to 75.. without hindrance.. the final step is behind me! :D

Solo'd Yallery Brown last night as RDM/NIN to get lolDecimation for my war. My first real application of rdm/nin bind kiting ive ever done.

Then after he hit me a few times I think I could rdm/blu, eat a taco and just melee it... but still an accomplishment for me because I never actually go rdm /nin to do anything.

Anyway.. Decimation : O
