Don't usually post in here but feel the need to today.

5/5 AF3+2 mine! Now to get off my ass and finish my Empyrean H2H.

Not really big accomlishments but Im pretty happy about them:

-4/5 on AF3. I only need the feet from Vunkerl to complete it
-Got 2 head papers from Blazing Eruca
-Started working on Taipan Fangs (Fire path) and Verethragna. I might be running myself thin here but they both give me something to do in spare time
-Full Aurore set. Mixing and matching some pieces here and there

I know Im not geared up as great as I could be but I finally have some gil rolling in so I cant start buying some stuff. Its a bit overwhelming to come back after 2.5 years with only 60k and needing to level your subjobs some more as well as learn the ropes of all the new stuff. I feel like Im finally making progress.

LOL! It meant something to me, damnit!!

Got my new fulltime armor today! 4/5 teal set, with a khthonios helm.
I'm not rich enough to afford the aurore set :(.

Way to go my friend! Mine dropped closer to the 30th, given that I got mine right after abyssea came out so blue prove were still mysterious.

ok... never did this so here comes first one..

* full emperean 5/5 +2.
* 85 Verethragna 7/75 Dragua /sigh.
* -6 + -5% pdt dark rings.

then old stuff... i'm still proud off.

* Guignol Earring.
* all attachments.... lol tranquilizer as one of the last for 3M that i end up never using.
* WOTG/COP/Shantotto/Moogle pet specific augment gear done
* Revenant Fists +2 (back when Emp's looked hard)
* Burattinaios soon after it came out... 10 regain was the most fun i ever had with pet.
* sea gorget for Victory Smite and Stringing pummel
* Full dyna gear just for completion sake, and pantin cape still nice.

Most fun thing to do:

Lowmanning/evasion tanking with daggers getting red. Where when we don't have red trigger, they leave me solo while everyone fluxes. Once everyone done, deactivate->deus ex->ventriloquy, and once pet dies, anyone can reclaim. Solo'd most ki nm's for emp NM's this way. briareus/cara/chloris/glavoid/cirein all have mostly soloable nm's for keyitems.


Probably missed a few things.. and still looking for upgrades, voidwatch animator comes to mind.. >.<

Finally, pup 75... I'll probably solo out 2 more levels so I can skillup with my prouesse ring, but at least once I get caught up a bit on skill I'll actually be able to ever get a party again now.

Haha, I know it. I already have a reputation among our ls as the guy to ask with any pup questions. Due at least in part to the fact that I mostly leveled it in parties put together with a friend of mine, who'd been parsing said parties. I tend to do pretty well. Generally topped the parse, including beating out several other pups over time.

Of course, there was that one pup who was so bad, I learned that apparently automatons don't have the same 20% hitrate floor normal players do. He was 40+ under skill, and didn't have a target marker (Or stabilizers, scope, etc., iirc). I told him to go back to town and get some. xD

The tricky bit for me at this point is gonna be finding decent gear I think. I've got an o. hat, so that's a start...

i finished my MAB ones in like 1 day, no kiddin'.

MAB is ice and MACC is water.
MAB can be done pretty much exclusively in ule range, non abyssea.

I did mine during the winter months so I never saw any chance at fire weather. For me the hardest part was the Wamoura trial, as I did Wamouracampas in Aby Attohwa. Luckily I always found another person or three to team up with, because my gear/atma wasn't at the point where I could solo those with confidence.

Did my first NM solo in Aby today; Keesha Poppo. Managed to get blue proc, and the necklace on my first attempt :D

Burts can still be useful if you're just using your pet or you're on standby and want to give your pet some TP for a Tactical Switch.

Other than the feet and body, is there any good Augs on the other pieces?
I'm maxed out on all trophies, and can waste/convert them all.

kinda sorta, i think the best you can get is a side-grade to the synergy body piece. i might be wrong tho.

A few things since I last posted:

Cirque Scarpe +1
Cirque Guanti +1
Cirque Capello +1
Cirque Pantaloni +1

2 friends and I also ran out and trioed the Ironclad for the Cirque Sash. Nice that its a 100% drop.

Also 30 kills away from finishing Trial 1146. So close to the STR Taipans. Im eager to wrap this up so I can start the MAB ones.

Unrelated to PUP but I got BLM to 80 and farmed most of the spells for procing so now I can help the LS out with that more. Also got the BLM feet from a chest in Attohwa while fighting the treant for my last PUP head seal. 8/8 BLM legs too.

I finally got yesterday my Cirque Farsetto +2! Stupid Khimaira is annoying as hell the moment it levels up once or twice. If it doesn't, it's ok, but the stunner has to be very careful.

Only head left, and it's going to be a pain...
