Between Brutal, suppa and moonshade with regain and ATT+4 what would the blu community suggest?

Regain for dual wield jobs is generally frowned upon. Its not even terrible useful to 2handers unless that regain is gonna cut back on X hit reliably. Brutal/Suppa all the way.

Probably most useful as a refresh idle piece for blue. Brual/suppo will beat out any combo for melee.

Every now and again if I need to stay out of range, but want TP, moonshade is nice w/ the regain on it.. Initially I got it for my WARs X-hit, now it just sits there, all sad and alone Smiley: frown

Haven't gotten mine yet, but I think I will opt for Refresh

EDIT: Hmmm maybe that's not so good idea either.
Anyone know what does "Occ. grants dmg. bonus based on TP +5%" augment do?

I was wondering about that as well. I haven't found anything on it yet.

Not sure, though the TP bonus augment is pretty good if you use a WS that can benefit from it. That would likely be the best earring for WS if you get more damage or more crit rate from more TP.

The Regain is good for those times when your waiting on something to happen. At the start of the fight the tanks are holding the NM while the BLM and crew try to proc yellow or red or whatever before the destroy command is given. That's when you sit there and build up TP. Outside of abyssea on VWNM's you don't want all your melee on it as it'll just aoe rape them. So good piece while standing away to slowly build up TP for when it's time to run in.

What about those who has >30.0 AoE range? Can't really get the latent working that way.
