At level 81, perp goes up by 1, I assume they go up again at 84*

They starting incremening every 2-3 levels post-68, which wasn't a problem when the cap was 75. But if they kept doing that for 19 levels, then it could be an actual problem rather than the unecessary annoyance it is now. I'm glad they caught on and changed it, and we'll see how they handle the last few levels.

Just dinged 81 and took off YY robe and staff (no -perp gear, no skill+, no refresh latent effect--just auto refresh) and these are the numbers I got:

Carby : 9mp (10-1 from autorefresh)

Elementals: 18mp (19-1)

Fenrir: 11mp (12-1)

Avatars/Diabolos: 13mp (14-1)

So it appears to be +1 to all across the board at 81.

At 304-316 skill Diabolos at 7mp (8-1) fully charged favor with no -perp gear on.
At 317-339 skill Diabolos at 5mp (7-1-1) fully charged favor with evoker's ring in the mix.

So now it's fairly easy to get Diabolos with 1 MP refresh with Favour now giving -3 perp.

Well, now that I've found out that by doing the Windurst Rank 10, and ASA Expansion, that I get 10MP/tick refresh, in addition to my auto-refresh and refresh gear, I'm not really so worried about perp costs inside abyssea, now if that just happened everywhere else in the game...

Right now, I'm SMN/RDM, with:
10MP/tick (abyssea)
1MP/tick (autorefresh)
1MP/tick (YYR)
3MP/tick (/rdm refresh)

15MP/tick inside abyssea, + -perp gear.

Atma of Minikin Monstrosity ( pure love)

10mp/tick, +50 INT, -30ENM

Comes from NM in Abys-Vunkerl NM(Durrinn)



I use this and windy atma for 15mp/tick
1 from autorefresh
1 from robe,
3 from refresh /rdm

Total 20mp/tick... i never run out of mp lol

Wait it was -enmity on that one too? That is a shame since it counts for your avatars too, so they'll have -30 enmity (though relative to you, it will be 0). I still want it for the refresh effect to combine with more DD oriented atmas.

I also think SE should have just canned the perpetuation already. Abyssea proves it has no balance effects. A Summoner with a resulting zero perpetuation is not considered an Abyssea god. (RDM, PLD and such are still the gods of soloing stuff). The only thing perpetuation does, is ruin the job. And if SE's intentions are to make the job as bad as possible, they can keep perpetuation. Else it should be removed since it is a decade old mistake.

Speaking of atma, apparently Atma of the Azure Sky (Windy WOTG) and its BP- Delay is 10 seconds and goes past the 45sec hard-cap. Any truth?

That is what I also hear but.... I haven't done a single of windy quests, and I'm still at like quest 9 or something in sandy. I guess it would be relatively easy at 85+ to low man some quests, but it still would involve so much more questing again.
