Avatar Dat files upgrade?Follow

Hiya everyone, first post here I think...been lurking on the forum for sometime now but thats not why Im posting this question here on SMN forum.

I have seen sometime before on another thread which I can't remember anymore about a dat file change for Garuda and Shiva summons which made them look more glowing and in higher defenition then before. So here is the question: Does anyone know where one could find such dat files? Or about a site with diffrent dat files to change the look a little for the avatars?

Just wanted to ask this out here since there is a high chance someone on this forum knows something about this. Always good to ask while looking myself. Any help would be great^^

Yeah I just did thank you very much^^ I found one for Shiva which is very nice. But I didn't see any Garuda which was my taste. Any other sites one could look at?

I've enjoyed Kamui's reskin of the celestial avatars. His can be found on FFXIdats.

They look a lot better in game than they do on the photos. The colors are much more vibrant and the glows are better.

I've yet to find a decent Diabolos or Fenrir skin, and Carbuncle... is fine the way he is, IMHO. :P

Decided to try out Kamui's Fen and Carb in game.

Carbuncle looked iffy on the page, but in game, it really does look good. It isn't as green, but it's not a very strong white either, I'll have to get around to taking screens of all of Kamui's skins.

His/her Fenrir however... while it does help with the color factor on fenrir, it has no eyes, which really just bugs me, I'm tempted to use the pink and black fenrir XD

Diabolos I decided to try to find the FF8 Diabolos skin that's on FFXIdats, and even though the link to download it is semi broke, it's just a hyperlink error, and after searching a bit, realizing the website subdomains, etc, you can figure out that downloads/ is missing after blog/ :P

So yea, Mellowy, I'd suggest trying out Kamui's carby, it looks a lot better in game than it did on the pics.

i loved Kam's stuff, but pixelpop's garuda was way way too good to pass up...

Pixelpop upgraded that version of garuda a good while ago looks alot better now. the pic is down so i didn't post it ;,;

he's also got abeautiful shiva baised off of FFX structure
