hello this just came out today and was wondering if i install it will i lose everything like a fresh install of windows 7 or can i just install it and not worry bout anything?

It's very likely exactly like the service pack installs from the previous windows versions. They are nothing more than updates to windows, same as all those security updates you've been doing. Your windows install will remain unchanged on the top (what you see). You won't lose your accounts, installed games, etc.
