Alright so, here's what's going on. When he opens up the FFXIV launcher and types in his info and clicks login, it doesn't change pages. It just sits on the login page. He has no firewall running and IE security settings are turned all the way down. I just bought him a new graphics card so he can play with me and it won't let him :(...
What's weird is he could play the Beta just fine.
Is this a known issue? Anyone know a resolution?

Hmm, maybe it can't enter 3D rendering mode even with the new card. What is the card model, and did his computer have an old onboard card that might possibly still be active in bios?
