I am unable to change my FFXIV settingsFollow

I am getting very annoyed by some of the glitches in FFXIV so far. The worst I have to say is that whenever I try to change the setting in the FFXIV Config the whole config menu shuts down and I get an error message. Then it asks me if I want to send an error report. I am not the type of person that just going on forums the second I get a question to anything. In fact this is the first time I have ever asked about any troubleshooting question on a forum. But I have to because I cannot find anyone else that has had this problem. I don't know if I haven't searched hard enough, or if my problem is so rare it's just unheard of. I know uninstalling and reinstalling will probably work, but I really don't want to do that if I don't have to. Does anyone know how to fix this, or have any advice?

I tried that font change but it still does it :/ I tried pressing OK without changing any settings and it still came up with an error report strange huh. I think I will have to re-install it - fun.
