I need to check the front side bus speed for my sons pc so I went into the Bios. I saw the CPU speed and something named system Memory Freq which was 400MHz.
Is that the FSB speed?

CPU-Z will show you what the FSB is. The memory frequency isn't necessarily the same speed, but it usually is.
