Virus, Help Please XDFollow

Hi again, its the annoying guy who finds friends with viruses XD.

This time its my wife. Anywho, i think its possibly something on facebook, i dunno.

Anyway, she had a pop up, clicked on the option it game to scan and cleen the virus.. and all hell broke loose. Im pretty much assuming that that pop up was the virus. When i reboot the computer, i don;t know if/what i can bo in the setup. It usually auto-logs her in, but no matter what i try i cannoy get it to start in safe mode. Instead the virus offers that option. The pop up on the screen is "ThinkPoint Worlds leading security solution" and there are 2 buttons, normal mode, which is greyed out and safe mode. If i choose safe mode, which is the only option, it just runs random crap and "scans" the coputer for problems, ofc finding a whole crapload of them. I let if finish running, and i get icons back on the desktop.

I am unable to open the internet to download malware or anything, also can't seen to get a virus scan to work.

Any help/suggestions would be Greatly Appreciated.
