They'd better come down at least $60 or else waiting is pointless. Honestly, you can get a pretty good deal on a 1 TB drive for not much more. Just a suggestion.
Judging from Newegg's reviews, I'd get the video card from a better-known vendor. This one sounds like you might be RMAing it within a few weeks.
Your RAM is slower than what your motherboard can support. You want DDR3 1333, or at least 1066 if the 1333s are too pricey, which they shouldn't be. Something like
this from Corsair, which is actually slightly cheaper than what you were looking at.
For cooling, you'll have 3 fans with the case and one with the CPU, and probably another mounted on the GPU. That should do reasonably well, but keep in mind that this is top end hardware and it's going to have one hell of a heat signature. When you get this rig built, install a heat monitoring utility to make sure you aren't going too hot on full load.
