**Update: Found a work around for the 32 bit JRE. I just needed to redirect/rename the folder that the program was trying to install to.

Still having the 1330 error on the 64 bit version.

I didn't know where else to go so please forgive me if this should have been asked elsewhere. But the Allakhazam community has hardly let me down in the past so...

I have been trying all day now (literally since 7 this morning) to install JRE. I've tried in both IE8 32 bit and 64 bit and Firefox. I've tried running the offline installer. I've tried every suggestion on the interwebs to no avail.

I'm running Windows 7 (x64) and everytime I attempt to install jre-6u17 I get an error 1330; C:\Users\...Sun\Java\jre1.6.0_10\Data1.cab has an invalid digital signature.

I've even hunted down the certificate for Sun and attempted to import/install it.

Looking for some more suggestions on this.
