Error Code: POL-1153Follow

I just recently bought the FF11 Vana'diel collection 2008 for the xbox 360. I began installing it and after installing the POL viewer and FF11 game, i was in the middle of downloading and installing the patches when i recieved an error code.

Error Code:POL-1153
Problems with the HDD data were detected. Version update failed.

C:ROM/165/23.dat

I have tried several different options from reinstalling everything and even *with tears in my eyes* formatting my hardrive and reinstalling everything. i used a router but i have updated it to the latest firmware. i have even hooked up my 360 straight to the modem and started from scratch. nothing seems to work. is there anyone that might be able to help me out?
