Patch InstallationFollow

Hey, I need some help. world of Warcraft arrived today from E-Bay and I installed it (I've been playing trial version for 4 days before today). My Internet allows me to use 5gb of data a month, when 5gb has been used it slows down by 60% to about 10-20 kb per seconds. Before I can play I have to download a new patch, the game is currently running patch 3.0.0 or something and I found out in order to start playing I would have to download about 5 patches at 300mb each, by the time they are downloaded it would've been 4 days seeing as my internet is super slow seeing as I have went over the 5gb allowanace. Is there anyway I could only have to download 1 or 2 patches? I don't have the patience to wait 4-5 days untill I can play the game. I thought about doing it using my Grandfather's internet but next time I go to his house is in 5 days. Please help me, I want to know if I don't have to download 5 patches.

If you were already playing the trial, you had all of the necessary data to play WoW and shouldn't have had to download any patches. All buying the software does is give you a key, which turns a trial account into a paid account.

You need to stop downloading ****, there shouldn't be a legal-use reason why you are over 5GB usage in one month. Even data transfer from MMOs barely get to 2GB a month with the game running 24/7 for the whole month.

When the game arrived I uninstalled the Trial Version, I never really downloaded the Trial Version, I was using the streaming version. I still have to download the patches. And I do not download ****, I download alot of movies and music, and streaming the Trial Version uses up A LOT of memory. If I were to download The Burning Crusade Trial would I be able to play without installing patches?
