So i got this new PC and monitor about 2 weeks ago, it kicks lots of *** but i have a problem, the screen flickers in and out from regular color to a tint of magenta, if anyone knows what the problem could be, please let me know.

Some suspicions:

1. A bad\loose Monitor->Computer cable
2. My 3D card is way bigger(physically) than the one that came in it, maybe it is loose or touching something else that may fuzz up some circuitry
3.Possible power issues

Meh, I'm no good at this but I figure that if you've already checked the connections and they are fine, the screen worked with the old card just fine then it is one of two things. Your new GC is bad or your power supply is to weak for the GC card. I'm a nub though and have very little experience with this.

I've seen this exact symptom when one or more of the pins on the connecting cable were loose or bent. If possible, try another one.

Your monitor cable is probably lose at the PC or monitor end. It could be a bent cable pin, but usually those never go in far enough to show correctly.

Tighten the monitor pins with a screwdriver. and if possible, upgrade to a DVI cable if your card and monitor supports it and you aren't already using one.
