Anti-Virus software doesn't like my Browser.Follow

I'm using Opera 9.52 and am running McAfee Security Center 8.1

For some reason, every time I start up Opera, it takes forever to open. And when I go to my Task Manager, McShield.exe is running 50% of my CPU chugging along.

If I force End Process on McShield, Opera opens up just fine.

I've tried searching for an answer on google but haven't found anything except a few issues with IE and McShield.

Does anyone have a solution to this Opera-hate from my AV software? I've looked through the settings and can't seem to find anything that stands out.

Hmm, I updated McAfee. It didn't help. I'm at a loss as to reasons. There are no program lists in McAfee. The exceptions list is only for programs flagged as harmful, and Opera is not flagged so it's already ignored.
