Does this site have any tech support address at all? I upgraded my account weeks ago, and it was doing fine until the format of this site changed. And now I'm bombarded with useless ads. I've followed all the advice given in the Premium FAQ.

This site certainly does not advertise it's support area, if it has one. Can anyone help? I'm about to abandon it altogether and go for Wiki or thotbot.

My account page actually says Premium account not activated, which is a lie.

How did you pay for your account? If it was by check or paypal you have to wait for it to clear and paypal can take awhile.

Yes. I had premium services for a few WEEKS. Everything worked just fine on the old site. Paypal pays within minutes for me.

I'm pretty pissed off right now. It's money down the goddamn toilet at the moment.

Nildy, shoot myself a PM if you like and I will talk to Darq about it first thing Monday morning. When I check your account, it doesn't show premium but if you already paid for it, it's probably something we can fix pretty easy. She handles that stuff so whether you PM me or her, it will get to her asap for fixing.

Generally, if you have something like that come up and you aren't sure where to turn, come to me and I will make sure it gets to where it needs to be. Our apologies for the hassle.
