FFXI: Problem Connecting to POLFollow

I have been enjoying playing FFXI for quite a few months now, but suddenly my good times have stopped.
I updated Pol recently on my PC (forget the exact day, but it was before the latest FFXI update) and after I restarted Pol I tried to log in. I got an error 1160: Network is busy or there are connection problems. After restarting my computer I tried again and the same thing happened.
After waiting, restarting my computer, checking the Pol and FFXI files, and resetting my connection, I still can't even log on to Pol. I have even tried to system restore to before the update and update again, but the same thing happened again after it updated.

I really want to enjoy FFXI again, so please {Help me out!}
