Problems uninstalling POLFollow

Hi ...

I am not sure what happened yesterday .. but when i came home from work I took a look at my PC it was froze with a partial FF Screen. When I logged off in the morning I had used shutdown to get out of the game but walked away without checking if it did.

After restarting my PC ... I was unable to log into POL. Klicking the icon it would try to configure POL and Tetra to install ... but was never able to complete the process.

I have now tries reinstalling POL, uninstalling POL, deleting POL out of Windows Explorer (even in safe mode) but am unable to do so.

Apparently one of the files in Tetramaster (which I dont even use) is not empty ... so it will not uninstall. The file is within ........ tetra > guidebook > ts_a (trying to remember this).

It will not uninstall ... what can i do ? I am at the end of my knowledge ... and am looking at having to have my PC reformatted... I am not sure where to go or what to do ; ;
