need help POL-1162Follow

I have had FFXI befor on this comp but i stoped playing and i now wanted to start again. I re put in ffxi and i can upade pol but when i get the the ffxi update it checks the files then gives me the pol-1162 error. I have a D-link DI-524 and i'm usaly good with networks and things. I do have my comp DMZed with some other ports open so its not a port problem. i do not have any firewalls that would be restricting my games. I have xp home and anything els i can tell if some one needs it. any one have any clues how to get around it i have tried many things with no luck.
