Mouse Over EffectsFollow

Hi everyone!

If you go here: http://bloodsworn.net/

and scroll down a bit you will see some colored item links. If you hover your mouse over the links it displays the item stats just like on worldofwarcraft.com or in-game. Also, if you click it, it takes you straight to wow.allakhazam.com's item page.

Question: How do I implement this for my guild site? I went over to dynamicdrive.com and found some cool scripts but I'd have to code the whole thing from scratch. Is there any way to somehow interact with the allakhazam database and hook it up to my guild website? Any help or advice in this matter is greatly appreciated!!

Ok, it seems what I really want is here:

But I'm not entirely sure how to install either one. I've been playing with them for a little while now but I'm rather confused. The first is for eqdkp (which I don't have) and for phpbb forums. However I'd like the links to be available all over my site, not just the forums.

The second one requires WordPress?

If anyone knows of any other mods or can offer any assistance that would be awesome! Thanks guys =D
