For some reason, upon my recent reinstall of the game to accomodate my new video card, the FFXI Config settings didn't install whatsoever as far as I can see (though it *did* install the first time I installed the game). The option on the menu says (Empty). And it's slightly annoying, as I'd like to be able to turn on the option to use my PS2 controller (at the least).
Please tell me there's something I can do besides having to completely reinstall the game... again. ^^

Well, you aren't going to like the answer...
but yeah, it sounds like you got a corrupted installation. make sure you remove everything ahead of time.
