im having an issue where when i try and open playonline viewer program it starts up but i dont see it. i hear the music and i can hear it log on when i press enter a few times. ive tried restarting and looking through the playonline viewer config. when i start the program you can see the opening loading screen that says playonline viewer then nothing.
ok as you asked ill list my system specifics.
Hewlett-Packard
Windows XP Media Center ED.
Pentium 4 CPU 2.605GHZ
512 mb ram
ATI Radeon 9200 AGP 8x. 128 MB DDR
it isnt a virus either because i have ran Norton Antivirus after running a live update. i have no viruses.
Any ideas on how to fix my problem or any info on whats causing it or just anything at all i need to know.

My first thoughts are that the window got relocated off screen somehow. Try bumping up your resolution to the highest level it can go and see if it doesn't reveal it.
Failing that, maybe a reinstall of POL.

wow thx, its working better now. i didnt do the resolution thing but tried a technique of resetting the window and it worked. i would bet that was the problem. thx again.
