erron after i hit playFollow

i get a error after i log in to playonline and select ffXI then i hit play it to try to start playing and i get the error it says failure to reconize hardware TnL i have every thing for system requirments

amd 1700+ 1.47 ghz
512 mb ddr
52x cdrom
video card is redeon 7000 seris 64 mb

i will call customer service tommorow but if i can figure it out tonight i can finally start play after that long update lol thanks guys
