What's the fastest HB trigger? and macro/gear questionFollow

Right now I play mostly as a /WHM and use Dia as my trigger spell for Healing Breath. I'd like to play /BLU but my BLU spell-book is sadly bare.
This led me to wondering if I was correct in using Dia. I figure it's quick, low cost, and has the added effect (if it lands) of lowering the targets def.
What trigger spell do you use and on which mage job?
I was trying to figure out what my Macro should look like. Currently it's:
/equip head "Drachen Armet"
/equip neck "Lancer's Torque"
/ma Dia <me>
/wait 3
/equip head "Twilight Helm"
/equip neck "Twilight Torque"
Would another spell make this go faster? Is it worth it to use the Lancer's Torque for the extra kick, or am I wasting an inventory spot?
Thanks for the answers. I thought I was having fun playing DRG to start with, but the more I learn about the job, it gets even more fun!

To be honest you could full time Lancer's torque, it is worth it. That should free up lines so you can macro in Saurian Helm until you can get a Wyrm Armet.

/whm triggers: Dia is 1 second casting time and costs 7mp (a decent trigger), could also do a bar spell for 12mp and .5 second casting time for emergencies.

/rdm triggers: two bar spells are great, .5 second casting time and they are 6mp

/blu triggers: i personally use sprout smack(6mp .5 second casting time)& head ****(12mp .5 second casting time) The more commonly used triggers are foot kick/power attack which both cost 5mp and are .5 second casting time.

My HB macro looks like this:

/equip head "Drachen Armet"
/ma "Sprout Smack"
/wait 1
/equip head "Wyrm Armet"
/wait 3
/equip head "Lancer's Mezail +1"

I have a seperate macro from this that macros in wyvern hp+ gear.

Thanks for the info. Just about exactly what I was looking for. I'll assume that the Lancer's Torque and the Wyrm Armet are stackable. I mostly wear the Lancer's Torque in group and the Twilight for solo.
I've got to look up if there is a cap on -%dmg taken. Because the Twilight Torque and Landebeve gives me a 15%, IF I were to invest in Jingang Greaves (I'm not sure I believe they're worth 1.6 mil over the +2 boots) that's another 3% and wear the Patronus Ring it's another 2%. That's a total of 20%

Edit: 50% cap on -DMG taken. Didn't take long to find that at all. lol

Lancer's torque and wyrm armet are definatly stackable as with glassblowers belt. The two combined adds .667 to HB. Unsure yet on how much glassblower's would add.
