Yeah so I recently got Tachi: Jinpu for my SAM and I know I'll probably be using that until about lvl60 on great katana, with the exception of fighting birds, where I will be using Polearm and Penta.
And I already know, that there aren't many situations where I am not fighting birds at lvl 55 and up, but I'd like to still have a decent WS gear for Jinpu, for those rare situations where I'll be using it.
But here's the problem, I know Y/G/K as one hit weaponskills don't need much att or acc at all, because they get a huge boost for both stats on their own, so stacking STR is a mandatory.
But how about Jinpu, how I should gear myself for best results? As far as I know, It's a 2-hit weaponskill with STR:40% modifier, but as it is 2-hit it probably doesn't have as big acc and att of it's own as the big trio? So would stacking STR get as good results than maintaining a balance of att and acc with an addition of some STR?
For level 50 I was thinking about something like the following (TP on left and WS on right side);
Weapon: Most likely Soboro Sukehiro.
Grip: Orca or Brass +1
Ammo: Olibanum Sachet -> no change
Head: Voyager Sallet -> no change
Neck: Peacock Amulet -> Spike Necklace
Ear1: Tortoise Earring +1 -> Cassie Earring
Ear2: Tortoise Earring +1 -> Heims Earring
Body: Luisant Haubert -> no change
Hands: Ochiudo's Kote -> Enkelados's Bracelets
Ring1: Woodsman Ring -> Puissance Ring
Ring2: Woodsman Ring -> Rajas Ring
Back: Jaguar Mantle -> no change
Waist: Life Belt -> no change here, because my life belt has +2 STR augment.
Legs: Shinimusha Hadate -> Luisant Brayettes
Feet: Sarutobi Kyahan -> Luisant Solerets
With that WS gear I'd be looking at +29 STR (+36 with Hasso) which doesn't seem all that much to me, though some things will change at lvl 54 and up with the addition of better rings, back piece and other stuff, but still if you look at the gears what pieces would you change in and which would you not change for Tachi: Jinpu?
