## ARMOUR
##
######################################### --- Head --- Level 1 - Cache-nez -
[ENM] Def: 2 Enmity: 2 Very nice Enmity piece for Enmity macro.
Level 14 - Erudite's Headband -
[EVA] [INT] Def: 4 INT: 1 Evasion: 3 Good defence, int bonus, and evasion. This one is recommended.
Level 14 - Cotton Headband -
[EVA] Def: 3 Evasion: 3 Less defence, but same evasion as Erudite's. Realistically either will do.
Level 24 - Emperor Hairpin / Empress Hairpin (RareEx) -
[EVA] HP: -15 DEX: 3 AGI: 3 Evasion: 10 Either of these are the best evasion pieces and the added agi helps. This is one of those pieces of gear that every nin should have.
Level 26 - Dodge Headband -
[EVA] Def: 5 Evasion: 3 Replace Cotton Headband if you are still wearing one.
Level 36 - Alluring Headband -
[EVA] Def: 7 CHR: 1 Evasion: 4 Replace what you are currently wearing unless you've a Emperor/Empress.
Level 41 - Voyager Sallet (RareEx) -
[DD] STR: 3 DEX: 4 First WS piece available, macro it into WS. Drops from Carmine Dobsonfly in Riverne - Site #A01.
Level 43 - Walkure Mask -
[DD] Def: 11 HP: 15 Attack: 6 This is a good DD piece but may not be the best option until ToAU. You should still be focusing on evasion and INT gear for now.
Level 46 - Juggler's Headband -
[EVA] Def: 9 DEX: 2 CHR: -1 Evasion: 5 Replace your Alluring Headband with this.
Level 50 - Rival Ribbon -
[ENM] Def: 15 MP: 16 Enmity: 2 Another Enmity macro piece.
Level 50 - Storm Zucchetto (RareEx) -
[DD] [INT] Accuracy: 4 Magic Accuracy: 2 Very good acc piece, especially useful against ToAU mobs which have high evasion.
Level 54 - Silk Headband -
[EVA] Def: 9 Evasion: 5 Another nice evasion head piece, you can replace Juggler's with it.
Level 56 - Ninja Hatsuburi (AF) -
[INT] Def: 21 HP: 10 CHR: 5 Vs. Ice: 10 Ninjutsu Skill: 5 Can be macroed in to nin enfeebles.
Level 63 - Arhat's Jinpachi -
[ENM] Def: 19 Enmity: 1 Physical Damage Taken: -4% This is ideal for an end game damage reduction set. Can also be used in your enmity macro. The HQ is the one to go for.
Level 65 - Wivre Mask -
[EVA] Def: 20 STR: 2 VIT: 2 Evasion: 10 Another great evasion piece, with very high defence, and some VIT. Debatable whether you would replace a Emperor/Empress with this.
Level 67 - Prism Headband -
[EVA] Def: 11 Evasion: 8 Again a very good evasion piece.
Level 70 - Optical Hat (RareEx) -
[DD] [EVA] Evasion: 10 Ranged Accuracy: 10 Accuracy: 10 Excellent accuracy, evasion, ranged accuracy. One of the best head pieces in the game. Try hard to get one.
Level 71 - Hissho Hachimaki -
[DD] Def: 22 Accuracy: 8 Attack: 8 This is a new piece, stats look good, nice defence, attack and accuracy bonus. You could replace your O.hat with this for exp. O.hat is still recommended when you need the evasion.
Level 71 - Yasha Jinpachi -
[ENM] [INT] Def: 23 INT: 7 Spell Interruption Rate: -4% Enmity: 2 Very nice for an enmity macro and the extra int could be macroed into nin enfeebles.
Level 72 - Enkidu's Cap -
[DD] Def: 23 DEX: 3 AGI: 3 Accuracy: 8 Ranged Accuracy: 8 Subtle Blow: 2 Has nice acc and ranged stats, I would still give O.hat the edge.
Level 72 - Pahluwan Qalansuwa (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 15 HP: 25 Attack: 5 Ranged Accuracy: 7 Accuracy: 7 (Set: Enhances "Subtle Blow" Effect) Has some nice DD stats, but don't think it's worth the assault points for so few levels.
Level 73 - Koga Hatsuburi (AF2) (RareEx) -
[INT] Def: 22 HP: 20 Enhances "Ninjutsu Damage" Effect (Nighttime: Parrying: 10) This one is primarily for Elemental Ninjitsu
Level 73 - Shura Zunari Kabuto -
[DD] Def: 20 HP: -25 STR: 5 Accuracy: 5 This is a great WS macro piece, it still has good accuracy and nice STR too.
Level 74 - Ninja Hatsuburi +1 (AF+1) (RareEx) -
[EVA] [INT] Def: 22 HP: 10 AGI: 8 CHR: 8 Evasion: 8 Ninjutsu Skill: 5 This is the best eva head tank piece for NIN & some nice CHR for DNC cures.
Level 75 - Usukane Somen (RareEx) -
[DD] [EVA] [HST] Def: 20 STR: 3 AGI: 3 Accuracy: 7 Evasion: 7 Haste: 3% (Set: Enhances Haste Effect) Like all Usukane, stats blow most other pieces of gear away. There is a lot of work in obtaining one. Out of reach for most people.
Level 75 - Walahra Turban (RareEx) -
[HST] HP: 30 MP: 30 Haste: 5% One of the main pieces of a haste build. You will likely be using it for meriting.
Level 75 - Denali Bonnet (RareEx) -
[EVA] [HST] Def: 21 AGI: 4 MND: 4 Haste: 4% Evasion: 3 Attack: 3 (Set: Increases Accuracy) Has slightly less haste then Walahra, but evasion and some DD benefit. You would need to parse this against Walahra to see which works best for you.
--- Neck --- Level 7 - Wing Pendant AGI: 1 Vs. Earth: 1 Vs. Wind: 1 To be honest you could skip this but it's free from an easy quest.
Level 21 - Spike Necklace -
[DD] STR: 3 DEX: 3 MND: -6 Very good offensive neck piece, get the HQ Spike, wearing the NQ Fang is unforgivable.
Level 21 - Tiger Stole -
[DD] Def: 2 Attack: 5 This one has nice attack. Some prefer to use this over Spike.
Level 33 - Peacock Amulet (RareEx) / Peacock Charm -
[DD] Vs. Dark: -10 Accuracy: 10 Ranged Accuracy: 10 These have amazing accuracy and ranged accuracy. Your dot will improve a lot with this one. Still considered a luxury as they are still relatively expensive.
Level 38 - Spirit Torque -
[EVA] MP: 10 Evasion: 5 Nice evasion piece, good for events. You could also consider it for exp if you are over hunting. Spike or Peacock would be preferred as more damage = more hate.
Level 50 - Intellect Torque -
[INT] Def: 4 INT: 2 This piece can be macroed into enfeebles.
Level 55 - Royal Guard's Collar -
[DD] Def: 6 Attack: 4 Accuracy: 4 Nice DD stats. You could consider replacing your evasion piece now you're at ToAU camps.
Level 58 - Torque -
[INT] Def: 4 INT: 1 MND: 1 CHR: 1 Another enfeeble macro piece.
Level 59 - Spectacles -
[DD] Def: 2 Vs. Ice: -7 Ranged Accuracy: 7 Accuracy: 7 This is an excellent neck piece, and much cheaper then in the past. This will replace anything but Peacock in exp parties.
Level 60 - Chivalrous Chain -
[DD] Def: 4 STR: 3 Accuracy: 5 Store TP: 1 This one has some good accuracy. A Peacock or Spectacles are still preferred.
Level 65 - Evasion Torque -
[EVA] HP: 7 Evasion Skill: 7 This has a nice bonus to evasion skill, would be useful at end-game, soloing, and events. Avoid using this in exp, you'll need accuracy more for these levels.
Level 65 - Ninjutsu Torque -
[INT] Vs. Ice: 5 Ninjutsu Skill: 7 Again this is a macro piece for nin enfeebles.
Level 72 - Breeze Gorget -
[DD] (Latent Effect: Increases Weapon Skill Accuracy and Damage) This is the good for Blade:Jin WS macro, but Peacock Charm, Hope Torque are close.
Level 72 - Harmonia's Torque -
[ENM] Def: 7 STR: 2 VIT: -5 Enmity: 3 Another good enmity swap piece.
Level 73 - Hope Torque (RareEx) -
[DD] AGI: 5 Archery Skill: 7 Katana Skill: 7 Very nice improvement in katana skill. You may need an acc neck piece until you have enough katana merits to offset the loss of acc.
Level 74 - Ancient Torque -
[DD] DEX: 4 Accuracy: 9 Very nice accuracy, this is probably the best neck piece for exp/merit.
Level 75 - Ritter Gorget (RareEx) -
[ENM] [EVA] Def: 8 HP: 25 Evasion: 5 Enmity: 3 A very nice Enmity macro piece.
--- Earrings --- Level 1 - Cassie Earring Def: 2 STR: 1 VIT: 1 Convert MP to HP: 50 Very nice for a max hp build, quite handy in end game
Level 16 - Bone Earring +1 -
[DD] Attack: 2 Evasion: -1 The additional attack outweighs the minimal loss of evasion.
Level 24 - Beetle Earring +1 -
[DD] Attack: 3 Evasion: -2 Get the +1, they can last a long time.
Level 29 - Dodge Earring -
[EVA] Evasion: 3 I'm not sure they are ideal for exp, possibly more useful for L30 CoP.
Level 29 - Cunning Earring -
[INT] INT: 1 This is a nin enfeeble macro piece.
Level 30 - Morion Earring -
[INT] MP: 4 INT: 1 INT earrings for ni wheel, try to pick up two of the +1's.
Level 35 - Evasion Earring -
[EVA] Evasion: 3 This is a nice evasion earring with no negative attack stats. Especially useful for times when you are stacking lots of evasion.
Level 35 - Ninjutsu Earring -
[INT] Ninjutsu Skill: 3 Again another nin enfeebles macro piece, this one can be useful but 2 x Beetle would still be prefered for TP and WS.
Level 47 - Moldavite Earring (RareEx) -
[INT] Magic Attack Bonus: 5 This adds a bonus to magic attack, is useful for the elemental ni wheel.
Level 50 - Storm Loop (RareEx) -
[DD] Attack: 5 (Assault: Attack: 10) The attack with no evasion penalty is nice, unfortunatly the drop rate on it is poor.
Level 52 - Accurate Earring -
[DD] Accuracy: 2 More acc is nice, but they are costly for such a small acc bonus. I personally don't think they are worth it.
Level 54 - Eris' Earring -
[ENM] Enmity: 2 A very nice Enmity earring for your enmity macro.
Level 55 - Spike Earring -
[DD] Evasion: -5 Attack: 5 Replace your Beetle +1 with these.
Level 60 - Elusive Earring -
[EVA] Def: 1 Evasion: 5 Earring with nice evasion but no atk penalty, there are more for soloing, not recommended for exp.
Level 61 - Naruko Earring (RareEx) -
[ENM] (Enchantment: Enmity: 10) These are more an end-game Enmity piece, and a poor drop rate to boot.
Level 63 - Coral Earring -
[DD] Magic Damage Taken: -1% Evasion: -5 Attack: 5 These can replace Spike, the HQ mermans are particularly worth picking up.
Level 65 - Diabolos's Earring (RareEx) -
[DD] [INT] Accuracy +3 (Dark Weather: Accuracy -3 and Magic Accuracy +2). Very nice accuracy ring. In Dark Weather you lose the acc but gain Magic Accuracy for your elemental enfeebles.
Level 67 - Triumph Earring -
[DD] STR: 2 Vs. Fire: 11 Vs. Ice: 11 This is a WS macro piece.
Level 67 - Vampire Earring -
[DD] (Nighttime: VIT: 4 STR: 4) Very good night time stats, good for soloing and WS macros (at night)
Level 70 - Fenrir's Earring (RareEx) -
[DD] (Nighttime: Ranged Attack: 10) (Daytime: Attack: 10) Nice attack bonus at day. It has limited night time use.
Level 72 - Ethereal Earring (RareEx) -
[DD] HP: 15 Evasion: 5 Attack: 5 Converts Damage Taken to MP: 3% Nice earring with some good DD stats, especially good for soloing.Reward from Apocalypse Nigh
Level 72 - Hollow Earring (RareEx) -
[DD] DEX: 2 Ranged Accuracy: 3 Accuracy: 3 (Sword Enhancement: Spell Damage) Slightly better DD earring than Ethereal, great for WS macros. Could be worn full time if you don't have Suppa.
Level 72 - Suppanomimi (RareEx) -
[DD] AGI: 2 Sword Skill: 5 Enhances Dual Wield Effect This is one of the best earrings for nin, and it's probably the most useful of all the Divine Might earrings.
Level 72 - Bushinomimi (RareEx) -
[DD] STR: 2 Great Katana Skill: 5 Parrying Skill: 5 Another Divine Might earring, not as useful for nin, is still a good WS macro piece.
Level 75 - Brutal Earring (RareEx) -
[DD] Store TP: 1 Enhances "Double Attack" Effect Excellent earring for NIN, you'll probably be wearing this one full time.
Level 75 - Loquacious Earring (RareEx) MP: 30 Enhances "Fast Cast" Effect Very good end-game earring or can also be a macro piece for utsu. Fast casts are nice.
--- Body --- - Use any body piece before 13 -
Level 13 - Power Gi -
[DD] Def: 12 STR: 1 Nice defence and some str to boot. This is nice.
Level 16 - Bone Harness +1 -
[EVA] Def: 15 Vs. Fire: -3 Evasion: 1 If you find you're tanking a lot at these levels then evasion bonus and good defence make this worth while.
Level 21 - Beetle Harness +1 -
[EVA] Def: 18 Vs. Ice: -3 Evasion: 1 Upgrade of the Bone +1, again nice defence and evasion.
Level 25 - Federation Gi -
[EVA] Def: 17 VIT: 1 Evasion: 3 First body piece with some good evasion. Get the Federation.
Level 30 - Nanban Kariginu -
[DD] Def: 21 Attack: 3 Nice defense and some attack to boot. It's a close call on whether it replaces Federation.
Level 33 - RSE Body -
[DD] [INT] If your RSE body has an INT bonus you might need to pick them up for the elemental ni wheel at L40+. Some also have nice STR which could be used in a WS macro.
Level 35 - Hikazu Hara-ate (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 25 DEX: 1 Accuracy: 1 Store TP: 1 This has some nice DD stats and more defence, would replace Nanban. You will need a 75 job and be involved in Salvage to get one.
Level 40 - Jujitsu Gi -
[DD] Def: 27 Accuracy: 4 This is an amazing body and can last for a long time. Can be costly.
Level 40 - Royal Squire's Chainmail Def: 31 DEX: 1 An alternative to Jujitsu Gi at this level, the Gi is still the preferred option.
Level 45 - Brigandine Armor Def: 32 HP: 10 DEX: 2 VIT: 2 Replace your Royal Squire's Chainmail with this, it doesn't replace Jujitsu Gi. The +1 does have some AGI and INT on it.
Level 49 - Shinobi Gi +1 -
[EVA] Def: 34 Evasion: 3 Strong evasion piece, only the +1 is useful with the Evasion bonus. More likely to be used for missions or soloing.
Level 50 - Nokizaru Gi (RareEx) -
[ENM] Def: 31 AGI: 4 Enmity: 1 Nice tanking piece and it's free if you are far enough in CoP. Excellent for capped missions etc.
Level 55 - Royal Knight's Chainmail -
[DD] Def: 43 STR: 2 DEX: 2 Attack: 3 An average piece by todays standards, not really recommended any longer.
Level 55 - Jaridah Peti -
[DD] Def: 42 HP: -25 Accuracy: 5 Attack: 5 Ranged Accuracy: 5 Great DD stats at a time when you need to go with more offensive gear. Highly recommended body piece.
Level 57 - Scorpion Harness -
[EVA] [DD] Def: 40 HP: 15 Vs. Ice: -20 Vs. Water: 15 Vs. Dark: 15 Evasion: 10 Accuracy: 10 Good Accuracy and Evasion, you will need this regardless on whether you choose to use a Hauby.
Level 58 - Ninja Chainmail (AF)(RareEx) -
[DD] [HST] Def: 41 HP: 15 VIT: 3 (Enhances Dual Wield Effect) (Physical Damage: "Blaze Spikes" effect) This one is excellent in a haste/DW oriented build when you have enough accuracy. Realistically it becomes effective when your 75 and merited.
Level 59 - Haubergeon -
[DD] Def: 45 STR: 5 DEX: 5 AGI: -5 Accuracy: 10 Attack: 10 Evasion: -20 One of the best body pieces in the game, you really shouldn't level any futher until you have one.
Level 64 - Arhat's Gi -
[ENM] Def: 38 Enmity: 3 Physical Damage Taken: -6% Excellent body for a damage reduction set. Can also be used as a Enmity Macro piece. The +1 is highly recommended for all end-game nin.
Level 67 - Assault Jerkin (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 42 Attack: 18 Accuracy: 3 HP: -1% Not a great piece for nin, the loss of acc is going to hurt your dot a lot.
Level 70 - War Shinobi Gi Def: 43 STR: -2 AGI: 2 (Adds "Regen" Effect) Throwing Skill: 10 Useful for it's regen effect when idling between mobs. The ranged accuracy is also nice for end-game wind debuffs.
Level 71 - Yasha Samue -
[ENM] -
[INT] Def: 43 INT: 3 Parrying Skill: 3 (Spell interruption rate down: 10%) Enmity: 4 Enmity Macro piece, added int could also be used enfeeble macro.
Level 71 - Antares Harness -
[EVA] [DD] Def: 50 HP: 15 DEX: 8 AGI: 8 Evasion: 8 Accuracy: 8 A new body piece that gives a Scoprion Harness a run for its money. Hauby still better IMO.
Level 72 - Enkidu's Harness (RareEx) -
[DD] [EVA] Def: 50 STR: 5 AGI: 5 Accuracy: 10 Attack: 10 Evasion: 5 Subtle Blow: 5 Has some nice DD stats, and extra evasion. Still unlikely to replace your hauby.
Level 72 - Pahluwan Khazagand (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 42 HP: 20 Ranged Accuracy: 10 Accuracy: 10 (HP recovered while healing: 2) (Increases Rate of Critical Hits) (Set: Enhances "Subtle Blow" Effect) Good end-game ranged accuracy piece (i.e. throwing wind debuffs on sky gods). It's been reported the +crits effect on this doesn't work.
Level 73 - Shura Togi (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 40 HP: -50 Accuracy: 10 Attack: 20 This is a good piece but usually used for jobs that can't wear a Hauby.
Level 74 - Koga Chainmail (RareEx)(AF2) -
[DD] Def: 46 Ranged Attack: 8 Ranged Accuracy: 8 Attack: 16 Accuracy: 12 You're not going to see a huge difference between this and an NQ Hauby in terms of TP gear (Koga isn't great for WS anyway). Your lotting rights might be better used elsewhere.
Level 74 - Ninja Chainmail +1 (RareEx)(AF+1) Def: 46 HP: 15 DEX: 5 VIT: 5 (Enhances Dual Wield Effect) (Physical Damage: "Shock Spikes" Effect) This is a nice update to AF body and excellent in a haste/DW oriented build when you have enough accuracy. Again it becomes effective when your 75 and merited.
Level 75 - Kirin's Osode -
[DD] [INT] Def: 52 MP: 30 STR: 10 DEX: 10 VIT: 10 AGI: 10 INT: 10 MND: 10 CHR: 10 Vs. Light: 50 Has some great INT for elemental enfeebles. It could possibly be used if you have capped accuracy, but AF is preferred in this scenario.
Level 75 - Hachiryu Haramaki (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 52 Attack: 20 Accuracy: 20 Critical Hit Rate: 5% (Enhances "Zanshin" Effect) (Set: Enhances "Store TP" effect) Excellent body for both TP and WS.
Level 75 - Usukane Haramaki (RareEx) -
[DD] [EVA] [INT] Def: 40 STR: 8 DEX: 8 INT: 8 Store TP: 6 Evasion: 12 Accuracy: 12 (Set: Enhances Haste Effect) Has some nice evasion and accuracy which makes it useful for soloing/events etc. The lack of attack means other Body pieces such as Hauby, Shura, and Koga are better choices in exp/merit.
--- Hands --- Level 10 - Royal Footman's Gloves -
[DD] Def: 3 Attack: 3 Good defence and some attack, nice piece.
Level 15 - Kingdom Gloves -
[DD] Def: 5 HP: 6 Attack: 3 Slight upgrade to Kingdom.
Level 20 - Garrison Gloves -
[INT] Def: 4 VIT: 1 INT: 1 The INT on this makes a macro piece for nin enfeebles.
Level 25 - Federation Tekko -
[DD] Def: 7 Accuracy: 3 Ranged Accuracy: 3 Very nice piece, accuracy and ranged accuracy. Can replace Kingdom.
Level 27 - RSE hands -
[DD] [INT] If your RSE hands have an INT bonus you might need to pick them up for the elemental ni wheel at L40+.
Level 30 - Royal Squire's Mufflers -
[DD] Def: 8 Accuracy: 2 This have good accuracy. Only worth considering if you can't get Federation.
Level 34 - Horomusha Kote -

Level 34 - Ochiudo's Kote / Ochimusha Kote (RareEx) -
[DD] Vs. Dark: 8 Vs. Light: -8 Attack: 20 Evasion: -5 These are simply amazing, and will last till 75. If you can't afford or don't camp then Koromusha are an alternative.
Level 50 - Royal Knight's Mufflers -
[DD] Def: 13 Accuracy: 3 Has some accuracy but still weaker then any of the L34 hands.
Level 50 - Storm Manopolas (RareEx) -
[ENM] [EVA] Def: 16 Enmity: 3 Evasion: 6 A very nice Enmity macro piece, very poor drop rate in Assault.
Level 60 - Ninja Tekko (AF)(RareEx) Def: 14 HP: 13 DEX: 3 Ranged Attack: 20 Throwing Skill: 5 Possibly a macro piece for ranged. Not really of much else use.
Level 63 - Arhat's Tekko -
[ENM] [EVA] Def: 13 Enmity: 1 Evasion: 3 Nice enmity piece for end-game, can also be be used as a Enmity macro piece earlier on. Again try for the +1's of this set.
Level 70 - Tarasque Mitts -
[DD] Def: 7 CHR: -5 Vs. Fire: 5 Attack: 10 These don't compare with the L34 hands, the +1 version is stronger and can be equipped my a lot of melee jobs.

[ENM] Def: 16 Parrying Skill: 7 (Spell interruption rate down: 3%) Enmity: 2 Another Enmity macro piece
Level 72 - Dusk Gloves / Dusk Gloves +1 -
[HST] [DD] Def: 24 HP: 20 Attack: 5 Haste: 3% (Decreases Movement Speed) Very good for a haste build, you will likely need these for meriting later. The +1 are for those seeking perfection, more haste and a hefty price tag to match (20m+).
Level 72 - Rasetsu Tekko -
[EVA] Def: 24 Evasion: 10 Attack: 2 (Latent Effect: Counterattack: 1) Amazing evasion, these are more an end-game/event/solo piece. You're unlikely to need these in exp/merit.
Level 73 - Bandomusha Kote (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 21 HP: 3% Attack: 22 Evasion: -10 Vs. Fire: -5 Vs. Ice: 5 Vs. Water: 5 VS. Lightning: -5 Vs. Earth: 5 Vs. Wind: -5 Vs. Dark: 5 Vs. Light: -5 These will replace any hand piece you currently have. Will likely become a WS piece like the other L34 attack hands when you get Dusk later.
Level 73 - Hanzo Tekko -
[DD] [EVA] Def: 18 Accuracy: 6 Evasion: 6 Vs. Fire: 6 Decent Solo/Eva build gear if you don't have Seiryu's kote.
Level 74 - Noritsune Kote -
[DD] Def: 23 Accuracy: 10 These can be a really nice WS piece pre katana merits. Blade:Jin is highly dependent on accuracy for good results. These can be a bit expensive.
Level 74 - Ninja Tekko +1 (RareEx)(AF1+1) -
[DD] Def: 18 HP: 13 STR: 6 DEX: 6 Throwing Skill: 5 Ranged Attack: 20 Ranged Accuracy: 20 Excellent ranged stats and a good piece for WS macros.

Level 75 - Koga Tekko (RareEx)(AF2) -
[HST] [DD] Def: 18 Ninja Tool Expertise (Nighttime: STR: 12 Haste: 4%) These should be worn full time at night. NOTE: Haste is only active at night. Should be part of a night time build. Ninja tool expertise works about 25-33% of the time.
Level 75 - Usukane Gote (RareEx) -
[EVA] [DD] Def: 20 Evasion: 10 Accuracy: 10 Counter: 2 Subtle Blow: 5 (Set: Enhances Haste Effect) This has very good accuracy and evasion, good for soloing and end-game. You may still prefer a haste or attack piece.
Level 75 - Denali Wristbands (RareEx) -
[DD] [EVA] Def: 17 STR: 4 MND: 4 Evasion: 6 Attack: 6 Damage Taken: -2% (Set: Increases Accuracy) These are good tanking hands, nice evasion and damage reduction.

Level 14 - Balance Ring -
[DD] DEX: 2 VS. Lightning: 4 Same goes for this one, any combo with Courage will do.
Level 14 - Mighty Ring -
[DD] STR: 1 Vs. Fire: 3 (Enchantment: Attack +5 Ranged Attack +5) You get 50 charges that last 30 mins and give the additional effect of Attack +5 and Ranged Attack +5. [ENM] Vs. Water: 3 Enmity: 2 This is an Enmity macro piece.
Level 49 - Ecphoria Ring (Rare) -
[DD] Accuracy: 4 Store TP: 1 (Enchantment: Cure Amnesia) A recent addition, has some nice stats and cheaper then the L40, I'd still prefer the +5 accuracy.
Level 50 - Shinobi Ring -
[HST] (Latent Effect - Haste: 4%) The latent is activated by yellow HP and TP less then 100. A possibility for a Utsusemi macro? I personally wouldn't bother with it.
Level 50 - Ulthalam's Ring (RareEx) -
[DD] Attack: 4 Accuracy: 4 (Assault: Adds "Regen" Effect DEX: 4 STR: 4) Very nice DD stats on this one, could realistically replace a +5 accuracy ring. Reward for finishing ToAU missions.
Level 50 - Balrahn's Ring (RareEx) -
[INT] Magic Accuracy: 4 (Assault: Adds "Refresh" Effect CHR: 4 MND: 4 INT: 4) Very nice magic accuracy, good for your elemental enfeebles.
Level 54 - Zircon Ring -
[INT] INT: 3 Vs. Ice: 7 Another INT upgrade for nin enfeebles.
Level 54 - Victory Ring -
[DD] STR: 4 Vs. Fire: 8 An upgrade for WS macros, this one can be expensive. Remember Rajas is better then this at 60
Level 57 - Bomb Queen Ring (RareEx) HP: 75 Vs. Fire: -75 Endgame tanking piece, just don't use it in exp against mobs with fire based WS such as Erucas.
Level 57 - Toreador's Ring -
[DD] Def: 1 HP: 10 Accuracy: 7 Second best accuracy ring in the game with a price tag to match.
Level 62 - Bloodbead Ring Def: 2 HP: 50 MP: -10 Very good for a max HP build. Can be very useful at end game. Obtained from
Bloodsucker NM in Bostaunieux Oubliette.
Level 63 - Jelly Ring (RareEx) Physical Damage Taken: -5% Magic Damage Taken: 5% This is an end game piece, it's uses are situational.
Level 70 - Defending Ring (RareEx) Damage Taken: -10% One of the best tanking rings out there, not really applicable for DD.
Level 72 - Ruby Ring -
[DD] STR: 4 Vs. Fire: 9 A good WS macro ring for single-hit WS. For multi-hit WS your acc rings may be preferred.
Level 72 - Diamond Ring -
[INT] INT: 4 Vs. Ice: 9 Another macro piece for nin enfeebles.
Level 72 - Triumph Ring -
[DD] STR: 5 Vs. Fire: 10 A very expensive WS macro ring for single-hit WS. For multi-hit WS your acc rings may be preferred.

Level 74 - Flame Ring -
[DD] Def: 3 STR: 5 INT: 2 MND: -2 Another WS macro ring for single-hit WS. For multi-hit WS your acc rings may be preferred.

[INT] Def: 3 STR: -2 AGI: 2 INT: 5 Another macro piece for nin enfeebles.
Level 75 - Mars's Ring -
[DD] Def: -8 Evasion: -8 Accuracy: 8 Attack: 8 The best ring in the game, not the easiest ring to get, the
NM can be a bit of a <Bio>tch.
Level 75 - Minerva's Ring Physical Damage Taken: 8% Magic Damage Taken: -8% Good tanking ring, drops from the same NM as Mars above, not the easiest to get.
Level 75 - Omega Ring (RareEx) -
[INT] INT: 3 MND: 3 CHR: 3 Magic Accuracy: 3 Excellent ring for landing elemental enfeebles. Has nice magic accuracy and INT.
Level 75 - Iota Ring (RareEx) -
[DD] DEX: 3 VIT: 3 AGI: 3 Accuracy: 3 New ring with some useful accuracy, and dex. It's unlikely to replace any of the +5 Accuracy or higher rings.
--- Back --- Level 12 - Traveler's Mantle -
[EVA] Def: 1 Evasion: 3 Very good evasion back piece.
Level 18 - Breath Mantle -
[ENM] Def: 3 (Enchantment: HP +18 Enmity +3 - 50 charges, each one lasts 30 minutes) This is a great tanking back piece, enmity keeps the mob looking at you. Don't swap it out after using a charge.
Level 24 - Nomad's Mantle -
[EVA] Def: 2 AGI: 1 Evasion: 3 An upgrade to the Traveler's Mantle.
Level 30 - Mercenary Mantle -
[ENM] Def: 2 Latent Effect: Enmity: 1 It could be used a enmity macro piece, do not swap out a Breath Mantle.
Level 36 - High Breath Mantle -
[ENM] Def: 5 Vs. Ice: 5 (Enchantment: HP +38 Enmity +5 -50 charges, each one lasts 30 minutes) Upgrade to the Breath Mantle and one of the best tanking back pieces in the game. I'd highly recommend using this over an evasion piece. Again never swap out after using a charge.
Level 40 - Resentment Cape (RareEx) -
[ENM] Def: 8 Enmity: 2(In areas outside own nation's control: Magic damage taken: -5%) Very nice for enmity swaps.
Level 46 - Bat Cape -
[EVA] Def: 6 Vs. Dark: 5 Evasion: 5 Upgrade to the evasion back pieces.
Level 47 - Jaguar Mantle -
[DD] Def: 4 Evasion: 1 Attack: 3 The first of the DD back pieces. Still weaker then the High Breath.
Level 55 - Federal Army Mantle (Ex) -
[INT] Def: 6 MP: 6 AGI: 2 INT: 2 A possible macro piece for nin enfeebles, again do not swap out a Breath/High Breath.
Level 61 - Amemet Mantle +1 -
[DD] Def: 8 STR: 2 Attack: 15 Ranged Attack: 15 One of the best DD pieces in the game, you can keep it on permanently. You could replace High Breath with this. Get the +1.
Level 70 - Boxer's Mantle (RareEx) -
[EVA] Def: 8 Evasion Skill: 10 Parrying Skill: 10 Shield Skill: 10 Guarding skill: 10 This is an excellent end-game/event/soloing piece. I'd highly recommend getting one. Purchased with Limbus ancient beastcoins.
Level 70 - Charger Mantle (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 7 Ranged Attack: -10 Ranged Accuracy: -10 Attack: 20 Has good DD stats but 150 ancient beastcoins make it a very expensive item.
Level 71 - Aileron Mantle (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 5 Accuracy: 6 Ranged Accuracy: 6 This has some nice accuracy, and can be used if you have accuracy problems. An Amemet+1 would still be preferred over this.
Level 71 - Forager's Mantle -
[DD] Def: 7 STR: 3 Attack: 15 Same attack as Amemet +1 with more STR, realistically either of them will do.
Level 71 - Corse Cape -
[EVA] Def: 9 Resist vs. Dark: 7 Evasion: 7 Some nice evasion which is suitable for end-game/event/soloing.
Level 72 - Toreador's Cape -
[ENM] [EVA] Def: 7 Evasion: 9 Enmity: 4 With such a negative hidden stat (you take more critical hits), I'd recommend it more as a Enmity macro piece rather then wearing it full time.
Level 74 - Cuchulain's Mantle -
[DD] Def: 8 STR: 4 DEX: 4 Accuracy: 5 Like Aileron Mantle this has some nice accuracy and other DD stats. An Amemet +1 or Forager's would still be better.
Level 75 - Cerberus Mantle -
[DD] [ENM] Def: 12 STR: 3 Vs. Fire: 10 Attack: 12 Enmity: 3 This piece has some very good stats but it also costs a lot. If you have the gil then I'd recommend it.
Level 75 - Cerberus Mantle +1 -
[DD] [ENM] Def: 13 STR: 4 Vs. Fire: 12 Attack: 15 Enmity: 4 This one is outstanding, but could cost you up to 20m on some servers.
A good discussion on nin back options can be found

Level 38 - Survival Belt -
[EVA] Def: 3 HP: 17 Evasion: 5 This is a nice belt, has some good evasion. Particurlary good for BCNM40 or capped prommies.
Level 40 - Tilt Belt -
[DD] Def: 3 Accuracy: 5 Evasion: -5 This has some nice accuracy but the evasion penalty can be off putting. I wore one and didn't have any problems with it.
Level 40 - Druid's Rope -

Level 41 - Quick Belt -
[HST] HP: -15 Haste: 2% The haste on this isn't of much use yet, could possible be used with haste feet to lower Utesumi recast times.
Level 43 - Swordbelt +1 -
[DD] Def: 5 Attack: 12 Very strong DD stats, could replace tilt if you are doing low IT/VT mobs.
Level 48 - Life Belt -
[DD] Accuracy: 10 Replace any waist piece with this, the additional accuracy does wonder for your dot.
Level 50 - Swift Belt (RareEx) -
[HST] [DD] Haste: 4% Attack: -5 Accuracy: 3 A very good haste belt, could be used now with other haste pieces if you are guaranteed haste from a whm or rdm, ensure you have enough accuracy to pull it off. Could also be used to lower Utesumi recast times until then.
Level 55 - Speed Belt / Velocious Belt (RareEx) -
[HST] Haste: 6% One of the best haste pieces in the game, could be used now with other haste pieces if you are guaranteed haste from a whm or rdm, ensure you have enough accuracy to pull it off. Could also be used to lower Utesumi recast times until then.

Level 71 - Warwolf Belt -
[DD] [ENM] Def: 6 STR: 5 DEX: 5 VIT: 5 Enmity: 3 Very good WS macro belt, enmity also makes it a useful enmity macro piece. Keep accuracy or haste belt for TP.
Level 72 - Trance Belt -
[ENM] Def: 5 HP: 14 Enmity: 4 Very nice Enmity macro piece.
Level 73 - Scouter's Rope -

Level 75 - Ninurta's Sash -
[HST] [DD] Def: 6 Spell Interruption Rate: -6% Subtle Blow: 6 Haste: 6% Attack: 6 Simply an amazing piece, but you'll go through
hell for it.
Level 75 - Nu Sash (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 6 Accuracy: 10 Salvage: Subtle Blow: 5 Essentially a life belt with some defence. It doesn't really offer anything over Life Belt.
--- Legs --- Level 8 - Sitabaki Def: 5 Not much of a choice at this level.
Level 16 - Bone Subligar +1 -
[EVA] Def: 11 Vs. Fire: -3 Evasion: 1 Good defensive stats, get the +1 for the evasion bonus.

Level 25 - Republic Subligar -
[DD] Def: 13 VIT: 1 Ranged Attack: 5 Attack: 5 Amazing DD stats but SE makes the rest of your pt pay having to look at you.
Level 31 - RSE legs -
[DD] [INT] Again if your RSE legs have an INT bonus they might be worth picking up for the elemental ni wheel at L40+.
Level 40 - Royal Squire's Breeches Def: 22 DEX: 1 AGI: 1 These are of minimal benefit, stick with either of the L25 pieces.
Level 50 - Nokizaru Hakama -

Level 71 - Koga Hakama (RareEx)(AF2) -
[DD] [EVA] Def: 31 HP: 40 (Enhances Dual Wield Effect) (Nighttime: Evasion: 10) The DW bonus also makes them a nice place holder until B.Haidate. Good for
CB or HP build.
Level 72 - Pahluwan Seraweels (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 36 STR: 3 Ranged Accuracy: 4 Accuracy: 4 (Set: Enhances "Subtle Blow" Effect) Has some good melee stats, and could also be used as a WS macro swap.

[DD] Def: 47 HP: 35 Ranged Accuracy: 10 Attack: 14 Decreases Movement Speed Very good melee stats and the best AH piece you can currently get.
Level 73 - Shura Haidate (RareEx) -
[DD] Def: 30 HP: -35 STR: 5 Accuracy: 7 These are an excellent for both TP and WS. If you have Byakko's, these can be used in WS macro if you badly need the accuracy.
Level 74 - Ninja Hakama +1 (RareEx)(AF+1) -
[DD] [EVA] Def: 31 Ranged Accuracy: 10 Accuracy: 5 (Dusk to Dawn: Evasion: 10) These have some nice acc, but could be more useful in end-game for those hours the evasion is active.

Level 75 - Usukane Hizayoroi (RareEx) -
[DD] [HST] Def: 30 STR: 5 DEX: 5 Haste: 3% Attack: 10 (Set: Enhances Haste Effect) Nice DD stats and good haste. Byakko's Haidate would still be preferred for TP. These could be a useful WS piece, you would compare them to Byakko's to see which one benefits you more.

[EVA] [DD] Def: 23 Evasion: 5 Attack: 5 (Latent Effect: Counterattack: 1) These are a good DD option until you have enough haste to pull a haste build off.
Level 72 - Dance Shoes -
[EVA] Def: 13 VIT: -2 CHR: 3 Evasion: 6 Good evasion and very useful for end-game/events/soloing, exp/merit choice would probably need more offensive stats.
Level 72 - Koga Kyahan (RareEx)(AF2) -
