If they're referring to A- cap (which I can only assume since A+ would be a bit ridiculous), then PUP just got Accuracy+39 Attack+44 DMG+5 for free.
Of course, PUP is still going to be 3 Martial Arts traits behind, and not have nearly as nice of gear options as MNK.

Full usu pup. Honestly, w/ that much of a boost to h2h, the automaton can easily make the diff on the martial arts.
Also, aggressor to /war. If it doesn't stack w/ focus, can alternate the two and have fulltime acc bonus.

what are the additions to monk? i checked the vanasite but it just mentioned a few jobupdates but nothing about monk.
They are "maybe" considering a new ability for Monk to increase accuracy and subtle blow while restricting weapon skill usage, or something to that effect. Pretty sh*tty if you ask me. I was hoping for something like Guard Mastery or Guardstance at the very least (which I've been asking for for several years now).

If we continue to get at least +5 skill per level this is just going to make low delay weapons stronger. Also are we going to get more martial arts traits?
I'd bet a hefty sum of money that Monks would most certainly get at least one more tier of Martial Arts. Aside from Martial Arts VI, which Monk gets at 75 (14 levels after Martial Arts V, probably because 75 was supposed to be the final level cap, or else we would have gotten it at 76), every other Martial Arts enhancement is 15 levels apart. I would expect Monks to get a Martial Arts VII at level 90 or 91, which assuming it follows the way Martial Arts enhancements currently work, would give a base H2H delay of 280.
