yeah, i've gone from "<interlocutor> WHAT DO YOU KNOW? YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE GOOD GEAR LOL!" to "<interlocutor> WHAT DO YOU KNOW? YOUR GEAR IS SO GOOD THAT YOUR PARSES DON'T COUNT LOL!" in about that span. i love ffxi forums so much-_-.

(edit: if that's not clear, people used to try to invalidate my opinion or knowledge because i didn't have a black belt or some sh*t. now, people try to invalidate my opinion or knowledge because having a black belt suddenly means my expectations are so high that any theorycrafting or whatever that i do must be for 'elite players only' or some other incoherent sh*t. in other words, i hate people.)

Lots obtained since my last post. I got shura togi, destroyers, brutal earring, defeated Bahumat v.1 one step closer to hollow. I'm still 0/8 on argus, hes being a douchmonger.

I also capped H2H via ninjas terrible skill in it. I actually went from level 4-8 in one merit party. No bards, no corsairs, no rdm or whm. I was fortunate enough to get invited to a wyvern burn party as NIN/DNC. I was the fisherman, I just solo'd the colibri until the drgs finished theirs, and took hate from mine. That was a fun/long saturday...

I got my Shura Togi about 1hour before Nilatai got his Haidate. I wasn't to happy tho becasue i have Osode, and its just less points towards Byakko's Haidate :(

Fkn finally. 1/22. 85% of them solo'd via hour and a half of chi blasts, the other 15% duo'd. Had this one at 1% and ran around with it for about 30 mins before I could get some TH to come tag it.

Chakra at the bottom is with fort torque and one in the actual screen is w/o, but I kite in earth staff, which is the reason for the higher number up top

Yup, just for chakra. 1 piece from the perfect build currently (Eta Earring +3 vit appraised from Azure Ailments, idk if I'll go for this tbh). And yea I use hermes for losing the aggro and kiting fort and kill with chi blasts. Takes about hr and a half.

Theres always those earrings with STR+4 VIT+4 on them for Night Time, one would also make for decent HF/DK piece to accompany Brutal.

I think you're referring to the Vampire Earring, which MNK unfortunately can't equip. I agree though, it would be a great piece if we could!

got dune boots on Saturday. unfortunately fought him at night, so he was spamming 1000 needles. party wiped at the end except for me with double digit hp, and the whm who left the room since she was out of mp anyway. fun fight though.

also completed zm4 and zm5. on the way to sky!

In the span of two days, got Tsukikazu Togi to drop finally, and then Hikazu Sune-Ate the next night, putting me at 2/3 on both body and feet Usukane armor!

Of course, my salvage group leader decided to finally throw in the towel yesterday, the stress of managing basically a half-pickup group every night plus leading a dynamis shell was getting to him. Time to see who I can grab as a new bunch of regulars from my linkshell...

Just finished soloing King Arthro. :)

Was a fun fight. Went MNK/DNC, used Faiths and abused my NPC for Protect/Shell. Not sure how I managed to get the claim, but <3 Chi Blast.
