Yes. I work 37(+) hours like everyone else, but I only teach 25 of those. The rest is spent on various administrative tasks, such as meetings, planning, evaluation, contact to parents, training courses, etc. Whatever doesn't require my presence at work can be done at home. Planning, evaluation, and a lot of the contact to parents is done from home.

Some of those hours are also reserved for special events where I might be required to work more than 37 hours a week, such as during parent consultation, which usually takes place in the evening. I've got some consultation days coming up. Work hours will be from 8 to 21 on those days.

Huh, is Lolgaxe on furlough too or is he that busy that he hasn't posted yet today?

He's not. Uniformed members of the armed forces weren't furloughed. Plus, I'm pretty sure all the non-uniformed members of the armed forces had to go back to work today... without a paycheck.

So he's probably just banging his head into the same stuff he was dealing with last week.

He usually starts posting at the same time every weekday like clockwork so it's odd not to see a dozen Lolgaxe posts around 4 PM CET.

The forums are considerably slower without him...

Also, one of my cats headbutted the bottom of my beer glass while I was drinking, throwing considerable amounts of beer down my neck...
