Professions and YouFollow

I have found that Skinning is a great skill to have early on as it gives me crit. My other profession right now is enchanting... which honestly is not giving me too much, and would be expensive if I did not have a legion of alts supplying me with random greens.

What sorts of professions are you all working on?
