Druids apparently can now dispel Enrage effects? I remember glossing over the range on Soothe being changed, but how useful was a spell that reduced the aggro range of beasts and dragonkin? Apparently I should have read the patch notes a little closer.

I believe it was debated heavily on the official forums. Originally the change included an instant cast time which was then changed to a 1.5-second cast time.

People are still wondering why, considering Tranq Shot is instant.

Rogues (Shiv), Hunters (Tranq Shot), and non-bear Druids can remove Enrages. Is that it, or am I missing someone?

I think there's one more, but I can't remember which.

Might have been pre-expansion as well.

It's not a sticky yet. :P

Might be worth putting in bold, though, as it's buried between Innervate and MotW after a long list of things that haven't changed since BC. That, or put in a short preface for new abilities and major changes for people returning from WotLK. While not technically a new spell since it has the spell ID of the old Soothe Animal, it has a totally different function.
