My guild mates are usually really lazy, bot that Cata is coming out they all wanna make a last minute mad dash for T10 gear, but is it even going to be worth it?
Will the new gear be better in some way?
I'm curious if I should just go no-life mode and get T10 with them or not even waste the time.

Personally I'm not buying any new gear for my toons before the expansion and am not really looking to farm gear either (that's more because my focus is on achievements though). T10 gear will speed up the levelling process a bit, but I wouldn't think it would be by that much. My plan for less geared alts is (if I have the time/inclination) to do the event bosses for a chance at some 251 gear (they open up after you've done the quests in the major cities), other than that I will be saving JP for the expansion so that I can get a few starter pieces of level 85 gear.
