Soo... it kinda looks like T11 set bonus favors Holy a bit more than disc, unless standard disc healing practice is still going to be to keep weakned soul up and use penance whenever it's off CD. In holy, it's very possible to keep a 'rolling' chakra state going (in theory at least, can't speak for when you'r actually healing) with nothing but a 'heal' spam. DISc looks like getting the 540 spirit boost would be a bit more inconvenient (unless shield/Penance are still strong, obviously).

On a side note, T11 shadow looks pretty standard, though one piece has "+10 mastery." Kinda curious how 'mastery' plays against other stats.

As it is now, this majorly favours holy, aye. Even if you can't keep your Chakra up indefinitely (read: for one minute until you can put up a new one), it's going to be up AT LEAST 30 seconds per Chakra, and that's when you waste the entire Chakra without casting any of it's relevant spells. Disc as it is now is going to have the "Weakened Soul up and Penancing" situation occuring only every now and then.

This does give me some hope for disc though - looks like they do really want to get PW:S back in there.

Penance is still a go to spell for Disc priests and will be used on CD, and PW:S will presumably be used on tanks constantly as well as on DPS sporadically, especially at higher mastery ratings. Because you will be able to lower the CD on Penance below 10 seconds, getting reasonably close to 100% uptime on the buff shouldn't be too hard.

The relative value of the crit bonus is difficult to ascertain but the talent Holy Concentration definitely skews the mana regen bonus in favor of Holy, presuming Chakra doesn't drop too often. Holy's play style seems to be easier in general, but we will see how the numbers shake out.
