It's beautiful and sunny down here! Still cold as hell, but at least it's pretty!

Theo's arm looks delightfully hairy.

Hook is deservedly a bit emo, I will admit. His love was murdered right before his eyes! By her husband... >.> The show gets a bit soap operaish at times, but I still love it.

And seriously, that came about as close to poking me in the eye as a picture can come.

Cool. I wish I could remember what your job was so I could say something smart about it but still, work beats no work. Although it does suck if you have to work together with someone who drags you down. Sucks all the fun out of working (assuming you like what you do in the first place, although I guess she doesn't).

I'm imagining the awkward of the guys who are trying to explain this to their girlfriends/wives now.

One of the few, probably.

And I'd imagine it's still awkward if you're chuckling and your girlfriend/wife goes "what's so funny about that!?" and then having to explain. At least for the not so open minded couples.

Also, if there's a story to tell about that last line you typed there you better start typing that out. I've got an appointment with my psych today and I could damn well use some schadenfreude after that.

They bloody well have to be for legal reasons alone. It's like believing hollywood movies are real.

They could be improv fakes, too.

Thank /r/cringepics. That's where I found it.

He most certainly looks like he's got a mental handicap so that doesn't count. It's not pathetic if he honestly just doesn't know better and/or simply can't grasp how the world works.

So assuming he's Autistic he looks like he's only barely falling in the high functioning category (because at least he can communicate, more or less) but he's not really living in the same world as we are.

Red Queen is way better than the Queen of Hearts. At least you'll have some fun playing an over the top character. Plus the queen of hearts is waaay too innocent and sweet for you to play her.



Also, that King Of The Nerds thing looks awfully forced and fake. Hopping on the "nerds are cool as long as it's not in real life" bandwagon.

Take some hash-browns, mix them with a few beaten eggs, some random meats (bacon, sausage etc) cheese, and herbs. Put them in a backing tray, and bake until bubbling.

This morning I rowed 10 kilometers, then immediately got up and ran 4.4 miles (7 kilometers).

I did this all before 7:30 AM, when it was a low of 30 degrees F (-1 C).

I improved on the last time I did this.

Carpe mother @#%^ing diem.

What's it like to live in a place where it's summer in the winter?

Here's the thing. A few years ago Chris was banned from a game shop in Charlottesville for being an obnoxious jackass and scaring away customers. Fast-forward to October 2011, where after years of trying to get back into the good graces of the owners with such heartfelt attempts like calling him "a lying Jew," Chris and his mother went to the shop and started taking pictures of the owner and his daughter, and it eventually escalated to where they hit him with their car and resisted arrest.

So I'm not feeling bad at all at mocking him and his WANT WOMAN sports bra.

The point I tried to make was: what's the difference between stupid and diagnosed stupid?

If someone puts pants on head, we laugh, but the moment that person is diagnosed with a mental illness, it's all serious business. Why? Was he not mentally ill before he got diagnosed? Were we not aware that he was mentally ill before the diagnose? He was wearing pants on his head. That's not normal, hence the laughing. We knew he was acting abnormally, but we still laughed and called him stupid -- until he got diagnosed with being stupid.

On a related note: Isn't it funny that if the mentally ill person makes fun of his own illness, we have no problem laughing as well?

Non-diagnosed stupid: hilarious.
Diagnosed stupid: serious business.
Self-aware diagnosed stupid: hilarious.

Seriously, it makes no sense if you think about it. We should either laugh at stupid people regardless of whether they've been diagnosed or not, or we should not laugh at them at all. The inconsistent political correctness going on right now is discriminating. Stupid is what stupid does. We either laugh at it, or we don't.
