I'm still supposed to watch MLP.

I met my dad for the first time since his illness today, he seems okay, but he lost a lot of weight and is getting wrinkly due to that...

Make sure you use numbers, letters, and symbols. Also if you can lower and capital letters, though some aren't case sensitive unfortunately.

I went to a random YouTube video and used the second word of the first line in the first top-rated comment. Usually something like 'oMgZ<3!1'

Win.

Out of curiosity, why did you include a small-tag in your post?

Habit, mostly. I don't like the little links on the bottom of pictures, so I try to minimize their appearance.

Meh, didn't notice those until now. The details disappear in the blur.

Yeah, it isn't really a big deal. Just a pet peeve of mine. Now I'm trying to figure out the new system, and I'm impressed I have more than 2,500 images.

I've just found out my parents are probably getting divorced... Freaking Finally! I know I'm supposed to be "sad" right now, but they're both miserable because of each other, so I'm stoked.

Quite. It's not a brilliant thing, but it's better than the current situation.

I couldn't care less about getting presents on Christmas - unless it's something someone has made themself and hasn't put money into it.
The thing I love about christmas is that I get top see relatives that I'd hardly ever see otherwise.

I haven't gotten a Christmas present in 3 years, and I'm fine with that. Mostly because Christmas is complete and utter bull. All I usually get for my birthday is a bottle of booze. Although since I've been in Canada I've been getting Irn Bru instead of booze, cause it's almost as freaking expensive out here.

Had a great day yesterday. Got all 7 ZA/ZG's done to valor cap my mage before reset. Now if I can get two done on my druid tonight after raid, then I won't have to set foot in there again this week :) Getting a bit tired of the grind at the moment (combined 87 successful ZA/ZG runs so far.......).

That'll make up for not getting any done next Tuesday before reset - my wife is being induced next Tuesday. My last week before fatherhood!

lol wut?

You LIKE seeing relatives? Smiley: laugh

I do everything I can to avoid seeing my extended family. ;) We used to go to this family gathering thing every Christmas at my aunt's house, and it was so f*cking boring. But that stopped a year or two before my grandmother died--we saw her every Christmas morning for brunch. That was the extent of relatives I'd want to see.

Now, old family friends are another thing. My Mom's best friend from childhood is f*cking awesome. My dad (and his brothers) were actually friends with Bruce Springsteen growing up--too bad they let that friendship die. >:( My uncle was apparently in a high school band with him, and my grandfather thought he was a hooligan and regularly kicked him out of the house when irritated.

[EDIT]

My family does a big Christmas, though, with the immediate members. It's actually absurd, and we are all trying to convince my parents (AKA my mother) to cut back. But it mostly has to do with her having been really poor her whole childhood, and with my family being really quite poor until I was in middle school. She feels like she needs to give us the kind of holiday she didn't have. We really just enjoy

The sad part starts wheb one of your parents starts a relationship with an utter **** who thinks (s)he is your parent as well.

That's the very worst thing about christmas and other family gatherings. People you're supposed to know and/or care about all around while I don't even want to know who they are.

Honestly, I don't care for any of my families personal lives. Once I move out, I'm probably going to see them maybe once a year, hopefully, at the most.

There are only about 30 people that have the same last name as me and we're all related and most of those people live within a 300km radius and I've known them all very well for my tiny life.
I have 4 cousins who are about the same age as me, and we've been really good friends since little kids.
Hence I enjoy getting to see them all on christmas.
