Toc 10 Regular is easymode Horse. Honestly, get past beasts which is the hardest encounter imo (Wyrms mostly because of coordination) and you're fine. Jaraxxus is all about OTing the adds and healers keeping people alive. Twins is an Effing joke. Faction Champions is fun. Put a dps on each healer, put one tank in dps spec, put the other on one of the melee, focus burn the dps down one by one. Anub is just funny. /dance on spikes, tank him facing away from the raid and presto, you've cleared ToC 10.

The other feral in the raid outrolled me on Death's Choice and a nice cloak last night but I managed to score a trophy and now have a nice T9(245) chestpiece.

To both of our disgust however the staff from 25man Anub dropped and was given to a hunter Smiley: frown

. On Rawr it shows as a 50DPS increase for him where it would be a 350-400DPS increase for us ferals. /sigh They give hunters preference on guns over rogues & warriors, but then don't go the other way with the melee weapons.

Then I managed to get into a guild 10 man with no other leather wearers, but not one piece of AP leather, rings, trinkets, weapons or anything dropped in the whole run Smiley: mad

Oh well, maybe next week.....

Tricks to Beasts.

Burn down acidmaw. Pop hero, pop everything. If you just flat out zerg acidmaw the soft enrage on dreadscale is easy sauce. Then just hope your raiders don't get hit by icehowl cause if you lack tranq shot. Have fun!

Jarraxus. Tank him in the middle. Everyone spreads out in a half moon around him. Zerg. When he pops up infernals just move him from the volcano and have ranged down all the adds. It's pretty much a rinse and repeat tank n spank.

Faction champs. PvP

Twins, watch a video it will make sense. All you need to know is how to target switch and switch essences.

Anub, watch a video I'm too lazy to keep going.

Anyway.

I made me some new shoes and bought a belt. Still have a bunch of badges but not sure what to do with them. Moving on...

We tried to do XT hard but 2 healing it with what we brought wasn't gonna happen. Plus we had some issues with bombs and people not dropping them where they were supposed to. We got speed kill instead so that was good.

The rest of the raid is kind of fuzzy. I do remember getting a bit over zealous on Kolo and killing the left arm too soon. Love that fight so easy and I get to keep up 3 Lacerate stacks while trying to keep Mangle up on all 3 and really just hose meters and shame the DPS.

Last Self buffed heroic target dummy was ~4.5k over 5 minutes lol

Nice, makes me want to work on my DPS set more but the guild would revolt if I tried.

Last night during the raid one we 'PuGed' a guy that had left the guild. Turns out he left because he thought we stopped raiding. I was like, 'No, I just went on vacation then had GF aggro when I got home.'

I was told I'm not allowed to do that again.

That sounds about how I feel. If either me or our DK MT isn't online, raids just don't seem to happen, or if they do, they fail. Irritates the **** out of me cause I'm gone for a week and I come back and no one has gotten any better or gotten better gear, etc.

Makes me want to smack people.

Anyway....work is boring...

Should I drop T9 Gloves for the Arp ones from 10 ToC(name escapes me atm). I will lose 2 Piece t9 but it will bump me up to 641 ArP....

Ya I love the longer DoTs, its why I still have 7.5 on lol. Was kinda what I was thinking, and since Rawr doesn't seem to like ArP I can never get solid answers out of it.

Last I read, T9 head and shoulders are best way to get that 2pc and then fill in the rest of the pieces with the gloves, chest and legs from ToC 10/25. The offset gear is a dps increase from the T-8 stuff even without the set bonus. Some people will hold onto 2pcT8.5 though for the extra clearcasts till the last moment.

Terrible PuG's last night!! My DK was tanking reg TotC trying to get the trinket and in about 4 groups didn't find a DPS who could consistently break 1200 DPS. I had one run with a 79 hunter and a 80 ret pally where neither managed to break 700dps! I'm not even sure how that is possible!]

I gave up and got another level on my pally to 75 instead.
