I got tired of trying to make one in English, so I went with Japanese. Kurozetsumei, supposed to mean 'Dark Death' or 'Black Death' but most likely means 'Dumb White guy'. -.-

I　name my characters like my pets.. I use real people names and there is no restriction on nationality. I could have a SuYeon, Borris and Hans.

i mean serioulsy your dead so ur pulse is frozen right
and i agree ur just a noob if you have death or knight in ur toons name, however methknight is funny as hell.

To find the coolest names are right at your fingertips:
Google It !!
Choose male/female which ever gender u are playing
then in Google type in:

Romanian female names
or
Albanian male names
or
Norweigan female names
or
Russian male names and on and on

a dictionary will come up with names from the country you chose; u can choose by name meanings (death, knight, strength, rune, spells etc. I am sure u get the idea), or just cool sounding names according to the type of character you are playing. (my DK name was found in the swedish dictionary)
Take my advice-u will have an original and personalized name to fit your character.

In my opinion (and I know everyone will disagree with me wholeheartedly) the WOTLK has a decidely "viking" feel to it: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lapland, Greenland, etc. A bone chilling aura surrounds the DK, thus a name from a bone chilling location.

any death knight name that doesnt involve the words "death", "dark" or "unholy" in it is a cool DK name in my book.

so friggin tired of seeing names like that.

as for me, mine is named alexandrax. my friend named his ronaldus. my other two friends, big fans of lucas and ness, made twin gnomes and named them....lucas and ness.

another good name ive seen is idania (draenei) and tethos (nelf). arakeid (belf) was another neat one, altho im guessing he just really hated kara and wanted it to die.
