I went AR/Prep for PvPing, then decided that when I went back to a PvE spec I'd go Combat again to compare my damage output. The trouble is, we're getting our B team geared and keyed for Hyjal now, and I was subbed through all of TK, and I hadn't run SSC at my current gear level.
There is, however, a shred of evidence. There is a rogue in my guild (Elaii) that until recently, had slightly better gear than me. He still has a better MH, but most of my other gear is better than his (except trinkets and chest). Before he's outdamaged me slightly. On Winterchill, I outdamaged him by about 100 DPS as Combat Swords.

I finally finished questing in Z-marsh, moving on to Terokkar and Nagrand. I tested out hemo/lolstep and loved it, i will be revisiting that once i start farming BGs. I also tested out AR/Prep for a while and it is awesome having 2 ARs in a close fight. I'm gonna stick with combat swords until i get closer to 70, can't beat that DPS!
Wewt, Managed to pull myself back to playing WoW after going on a CoD4 Binge for 3 days, and got to lvl 40! time to go to my special farming spot :D

Got Kara Keyed 3 days ago and did Kara, killed Maiden, Opera (Oz), Curator, Shade and Chess all one shots except Shade who was a little cruel with Flamewreath/Blizzard timing. Also, I was only rogue in the raid, so naturally not a single rogue item dropped, although I did get the druid boots from trash that were an upgrade for me.
Did Prince 2 days ago but I could only stay for a few attempts and we got him to 3% before I had to leave.
Killed Gruul for my first time (guild's second time) yesterday, although I did that on my mage =P

My guild downed Nightbane and Illhoof tonight, both firsts. Chestguard of the Conniver dropped, but I didn't really want it, as the Season 3 chestpiece will yield more DPS for me anyway. But still pretty awesome night.

I reached 1100dps on Nalorakk. I will probably remember it fondly once they nerf hemo.
Picked up the Belt of One-Hundred Deaths tonight. Only other person who wanted it was an app (feel kind of bad for taking it from a guy wearing a blue, so I offered to help him farm mats for a BoDS). Up to 20 Expertise, which is the cap for level 70s. Also regemmed a couple items to move my blue gems around, and now they're in two pieces of gear that will never get replaced, so no more goofy regemming items to keep my meta.

Kazrogal is down. Nothing great dropped. Went on to the fourth boss afterwards, twice actually. Quite the healing intensive fight (he hits plate for ~8k non crit/crush). Expecting to have him down this week or possibly next week.
On a non WoW note, I finally broke down and bought a new heatsink/fan for my computer. Went with the Tuniq Tower 120. Thing is bigger than my power supply, but I went from 65C @ 3.0 GHz to 42C @ 3.5 GHz.

Though this is far from amazing I finally got my damn S1 Arena Slicer, Big upgrade from the green thingamajig I've been stuck with for the past few months... Now if only Latro's would drop I'd be ready for kara (12 runs and no luck!)
Erm, I finally got to 60. Maybe I'll get to 70 by the time the next expansion comes out =P
I joined Gruul run and what do you think? DST drops, my lovely trinket, I almost gave up hope as it never dropped before for ages of gruul farm.

Got my S1 mainhand this morning so my rogue is finally done with daggers and is sporting dual-91 DPS swords.
Thank god that's over.

Picked up my t4 pants off gruul got lucky as hell 2 guys need it more than me a healer and another rogue. Those noobs ported before it was decided who got them ;p! Lol every1 was laughing their ***** off when it happened. I'm just glad I finally found a guild w/ progression. It only took 3 guilds in 2 weeks to find them (I'm such a ***** lol)! Slowly but surly I WILL HAVE BT ON FARM HAHAHHAHA!

Ahhhhh reading all this raiding stuff makes me wish I were at home powerleveling my rogue rather than being stuck at work on chrissy eve.
I'm making slow progress, but it is progress none-the-less. Yesterday I finally got 3 more leatherworking points by making netherfury belts and leggings, (after numerous failed attempts to get points off of yellow recipes). I bougth a couple more patterns from the trainer.
Tonight I got to revered with the Kurenai and bought three new patterns. Back to the grind for the mats. But even if it is the slowest route in the game I really want to make my level 70 elemental leatherworker set!
I can always break up the grinding monotony with a few quests and instance runs, especially since I'll always want more rep.

After raiding for almost one year, the never drop sword finally dropped! [wowitem=28729]Spiteblade[/wowitem]!! Now I can really be full combat sword spec yay!
Got to pray hard and hopefully [wowitem=30082]Talon of Azshara[/wowitem] will drop again in coming new year~ :D

Got pulled into a Kara group at Maiden as a replacement... that didn't end well. Wiped twice then disbanded, at least I wan't saved to it.

okay i had 36 more eye of storm marks to go before my boots so 36 more ally
loses to go :( so i que for eos and que pops up immedaitley i enter and to my
surprise horde has 4 towers and is farming ally oh well i thought a quick mark i stealth over 2 middle and c whats going on with the flag and i c one driud running the flag back and forth so im like what the hell i put on my orb of deception and turn into an undead and gank his *** lol wish i could c his face running flag then this undead comes out of nowhere and ganks him he was probably like wtf is this bs. So anyways i grab the flag and start running around with it near the horde there like wtf an undead ally with flag. They couldent resist and started chasing me all mounted up i was ar/prep atm and had 2 sprints and 2 evasions 2 avoid most of the pounding and ran all the way across the field. Good thing we had a BG leader that was smart enough 2 tell everyone to cap dranie ruins and mage tower. I get ganked at the end no where 2 run and cornered at the hordes gy as there ganking me all the horde are laughing at me and spitting at me, to there surprise shortly after i die all ally go for full out O cap fel reaver ruins and blood elf tower and win the game lol was the best eos game ever :)

it's probably nothing to you guys, but after epic failed guild's (3 disbanded, 2 never went Kara) i finally found a guild that runs Kara (that also wants me).
I got to do the chess event only as a sub and Girdle of Treachery was in the chest. I was soooo happy, we were asked to roll (65 vs 59 of a Feral Drood), I won !! Woot, then the GM said i was not eligible to roll because i just had joined the guild, so i still didnt get it, the drood was sorry for me. I was disappointed but the rules did specify that i wasn't eligible. Ow well, at least i CAN run Kara now :)
In any case, because of christmas i was allowed to PUG and i killed Moroes at first try ever. And there it was ! Light at the end of the tunnel ! My first ever PVE drop in KARA ! Edgewalker boots Still had to win a roll against a healing drood (hey can i need for feral gear ? :S). 45 vs 29 I WON I WON !!!!
Happyness followed ! I also maintained a above 1500 rating with our 5v5 for the first time ever. It was a good week :0
