After my old guild disbanded I recently joined a new one, and have started doing hc naxx.
Was top on dps, and lost Sinners Bindings to a rogue in full arena gear who's was second to last.
Almost rage quit, but luckily I got spinning fate soon after, 350 hit now :D

After a few weeks of rebuilding our raid team due to some RL issues, some in-game issues, and some fücktards that just needed to be gkicked, we downed Sartharion with 2 drakes up and Malygos in one night. T7.5 gloves for me, and e-peen inflation for the whole guild.

So, uh. Not to brag or anything.. but Webbed Death, Fool's Trial, Spinning Fate, T7.5 legs, Sinner's Bindings, Hood of the Exodus all in one night. I'd have had bandit's and one of the two Grim Toll that dropped but I'd raped myself on dkp earlier that night with all of the other gear xD.

Still a damn good night, and my first run of real luck ever. My dps has gone from 2700 to 4k in one run between drops and class changes, and I'm not doing anything different from one week to the next. /flex


Also, 1-night naxx on farm and 2-drake down. Woot! Working on 3-drake tomorrow.




It's good to feel viable again.

Well this might not be a big deal to some, but to me it was exciting, as I slowly aquire better gear. Last night did Heroic OS and did 3056 dps on final boss, no drakes up. But this was my first 3k + dps on a boss. Very excited, was 3rd on the chart. Behind a Hunter and Mage. :) OH im mutilate spec incase anybody was wondering.

after doing the 5th MGT run after WOTLK release the mount dropped. I already had the pet, so im done there :D
Also got the 3k quests done for the "seeker" title and talked to Haris Pilton, she mentioned my sack was gigantic :P

My guild finally did 25man naxx, a bunch of rogue t7.5 dropped sadly it was all stuff I had, 2x shoulder piece dropped but others in the raid got better rolls than I did. My rolls last night were terrible, better luck next week I suppose. I did; however, get my webbed death, hopefully I can get another and continue with other gear upgrades. I am at 3/5 T7.5, getting curious when 3.1 will be released as I am not sure how much gold I want to spend getting everything enchanted if I am going to be replacing it all in a few weeks.

Finally did 4k+ dps on a boss fight in naxx, picked up new chest and shoulders




EDIT: Finished off Naxx and got best in slot.

Finally got my rogue to 80! I've probably spent more money respeccing back and forth than i have building his Turbo Charged Flying Machine.

I picked up a pair of LPCs and tried Mutilate for the first time. It's absolutely godly for soloing (i seriously thought you people were exaggerating about killing a mob before cheap shot had finished) but i'm not seeing great numbers in heroics, besides boss fights. No idea what to do on trash. Mutilate exclusively? FoK wildly?

It's a hell of a lot more engaging than my retadin in any case.

Trash is iffy, but with 1.3 speed daggers I probably wouldn't FOK with less than 4 mobs. Keep up HFB, SnD via envenom/evis and don't dump combo points or rupture into a target that you know won't be around long enough for you to use said combo points/rupture to last the full duration or nearly so.

Honestly I damn well nearly just spam envenom on trash. Keeping the buff up as much as possible is mad dps, with instant poison hitting for 1400 =D
