Oh I was aware of that. I should have been clearer. I meant to say what other than the extra blade flurry does having Prep do for you. As opposed to going combat or something.

Finally got enough badges to get my hawt new pants, breaking my 2 piece T4 set bonus, but putting me at 1800+ AP, 24% crit and 333 +hit. I'm fairly pleased with myself, and now I can horde all the badges I'm getting for the expansion since none of the other pieces are very big upgrades.

BoJ most likely won't be available for use in the expansion as level 80's could just go back and farm kara in ~2hours :)

Aren't the new heroics going to have new badges and new gear associated with them?

So, I finally ventured into the battlegrounds, I've been very circumspect about doing so, seeing as though I'd totally OD'd on them with my warrior (even the thought at some stages made me feel ill).

Anyway, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, I actually had a fair deal of fun. Encountered a 'lock trying to take the snowfall gy (same thing I set out to do), and we immediately engaged (although not before I stealthed). So it was shadowstep, cheap shot, and let rip ... he's about 60% hp when CS wears off, then the inevitable fear comes, together with the DoTs. Fear breaks, Cloak of shadows gets rid of the dots, I lay into him again. I get a 5pt rupture off with him low on hp, which ultimately kills him.

My first 1v1, and against a 'lock .. She didn't have a pet out (obviously not expecting resistance), and probably sucked bad (at least a little worse than me) ... but a first kill 1v1 is always satisfying ;-)

ofc, I got WTFPWND by a S3/4 hunter when I tried to stop him recapturing IW bunker .. it was very sobering ;-)

Got a gladiator title lock (his mage is merciless gladiator title) to carry me in 2s because my mage is back in school. Went 10-3 with two geared warrior/pally team losses and will hopefully run right on past 2050 ^.^

About HARP or ar/prep or HP or whatever, it's not a very good build any more except if you have a 3v3 team with a shammy and warrior i think (you can blow sh*t up with AR, heroism and windfury totem and blade flurry, warrior has sweeping strikes/ death wish and shammy is providing that 10% bonus ap), but in 2v2 when you have so much control as rogue/rogue you can pretty much keep your enemy slowed/stunned/silenced until they die, so shs isn't necessary for one of the rogues. I use it for tricky saps and to catch up to a druid and lay a 5 point KS if they're not in bear, meanwhile my partner outDPSes my by loads with AR up, which is usually enough to finish an enemy off.

Almost 6 months after getting my first piece of t6(many, many, many guild problems/changes), I finally have my 2pc after getting the shoulders off of mother, AND the Blade of Savagery. Had a bunch of new peeps on Illy, wiping at 15% ftl. :/

Gratz guys! My team just hit 1800 in arena and I was able to pick up a season 3 weapon, I decided to try out swords this time. :)

Got a new trinket from Opera and found a nice guild to join. I'm happy again :)
