ok I was just woundering if it is because all i really see is pallys with sheilds
Ret pally use 2handers
Holy Pallys tend to use 1 handers since they rely more on +spell for damage.
Prot pallys tend to use 2 sec or lesser weapons to get the full benifit of Reckoning.

This was corrected a few times already but a weapon with a speed below 2.00 will "waste" Reckoning potential even though it guarantees all 4 attacks to proc. Let's say you have a 1.80 weapon speed, it'll take you 7.2 seconds to get your 4 attacks. That's 0.8s of wasted Reckoning.
As previously mentioned, however, this has little impact, just thought I'd mention it.
