AFFLICTION or SHADOW i think im a newb :: World of Warcraft

I was told tht affliction deals way more damage cause of d.o.t.s.I also heard tht if you want ur bulky damage spells go with shadow er wht have you.Im just wondering if any one will help me out with this??????

Most of a lock's spells are shadow, it's not a spec. If you want to know what each spec does and about different builds for what reasons, check the stickies at the top of the warlock class forum list
