So i started a Rogue and i only have a 20 lock so im not very good at this atm.

How does this combo works?

say i use backstab, then SS then Evis i get combo pts dmg ?

Is there anytime frame before the combo is lost like 2-4 sec or sumthin ?

please help me out.

You'll keep the combo points throughout the fight if you don't use them .

Try waiting to use them until you have them all, you'll do more damage, and sometimes Evis will do even less damage than SS if you use the points early .

Your eviscerate works best when you have 5 combo points. The more points the higher damage. I am a lvl 44 rogue and dont use daggers but, what I do is garrote from behind, then Sinister strike until max combo points and then eviscerate.. no more MOB haha. The combo points will only(by only I mean if you dont die or leave area) go away if the MOB dies. So even after you vanish, the combo points are still active on the mob. But once vanished the MOB will get his heath back. To see how many combo points you have accured they are dots to the right of your character's bubble... hope this helps.. this is my first post haha

One important note on keeping/loosing CPs.

If you hit mob A, gain CPs, then switch to mob B and hit mob B, you will loose all the CPs earned on mob A. If however, you switch back to mob A (after selecting mob B) without hitting mob B, then your CPs earned on mob A are still present for you to use.

Just mentioning this because it is ennoying when, in the heat of combat, you switch target accidentally and as a consequence loose all your CPs.

Some CPs you will earn later (for instance through the skill "Premeditation") need to be used within a certain time frame or they are lost.

Now when you say lose CP, you mean they dont follow from mob to mob... right :)So mob A will still have the same CP until dead and to use hit points when on mob b for mob a all you have to do is click on him again. hehe

I use sword/sword... You cant use them until you learn the skill from a wepon trainer.. Its up to you which one you want. Just build your character for what you prefer... But if you can get a good dagger with alot of HP then you would want that your main hand for the attacks IMO...
