CB/Hemo or Dagger combat?Follow

Hello there,

Im currently hesitating beetween two different builds.
Cold blood & hemo or combat daggers.
I will be using vindictor's brand ( epic 1h sword 2.6 speed ) if i spec CB/hemo( in MH ).
If i spec combat dagger i will be using Riftmaker in main hand ( epic dagger ).
I am currently hesitating beetween the 2, because i read somewhere that at a certain amount of attack power, your hemo does more damage then SS, which is quite good since it requires less energy etc... for vindictor's brand its at around 1650, and since i have 1.5k AP unbuffed, i would arrive easily at around 2k with buffs etc...
I would be looking to pvp & pve with the build, a bit of both.
