i wanna know what people think of this build because i have a lvl 9 mage and ill level him but i need advice for a build and i thaught that this build looked good

Try making a build for level 70.
Bad build to put it bluntly. If you wanna PvP, then get Impact and Ignite in a tri spec. Getting both improved fireball and improved frostbolt is a waste, which do you prefer?

arcane isn't really a strong tree until very late game. it's a poor choice to spec into while leveling, especially from such a low level.

You should probably check out the guides in the Index of Mage Guides. In particular, I think the Talent Progression Guide will be useful.
