looks like your typical "suicide" pvp spec, which there's nothing wrong with that, which is "fine" assuming you know know the limitations, and that it is "suicide" :)

The only "problem" is that typically gear stats only account for either melee stats or caster stats, not both usually. Obviously since you went deep into Elem, your going to tend to rely on your range bolts to kill things. I'm assuming that since you did put points on enh, just incase you end up in melee range, you have some dmg to fall back on. Though, think about what I mentioned above. Your not going to be doing "tons" of dmg up close, even with a 2h weapon and wf, since you didn't put enough points into enh to make full use of the weapon buffs, and your gear won't have enough stats to support it. Granted IF you did gear for melee stats, then you'd gimp your caster stats, which would be a shame since you put 40 points into it.

Part of the reason that most elem sham's put some points into resto, isn't so much for the extra surviablity, but its because the gear and talents compliment each other (both are casters, thus the gear is interchangable to a degree). As a Elem/Enh your kinda stuck desiding which side of it you want to gear for. And concidering how dependant Sham's are for gear dictating thier performance, this can make or break them.

My suggestion would be either make a "typical" elem build and put 21 points into resto, OR balance the elem and enh points out, which will force you to have either a 31/30/0 or 30/31/0 spec (which basically makes you deside between either Stormstrike or Elem Master)

If you are going pvp, i still wouldn't reccomend it.
